Packages too large for the mailbox? So sorry you had to drive down a driveway to drop them off. However it’s raining and your carrier chose to leave the packages in the rain rather than under the carport about 5 steps away.

Absolute WORST “service”! I avoid the post office like the plague, they routinely skip my house and mark “undeliverable” because it’s easier to make the turn than to deliver my mail. How is it undeliverable? It’s deliverable the day you decided to make the actual stop 2 days later. Mail that fits easily into my oversized box gets delivered to a puddle while it’s pouring and of course it’s two days late. Thank you for ruining yet another piece of mail I had no option but the post office to use. I was assure by the new post master he would fix everything, of course it’s all talk. The service is actually worse.

You people working at the post office need to get another job some where else? Seems like u don't like it here ? You never have the mail up I used to get mail every day now I'm lucky to get one piece in a week? And then your attitude stinks very unfriendly!

Outstanding customer help; Thank you :-)Our mail is always picked up and/or delivered timely. I personally enjoyed talking with our route carrier ('Daryl') although I apologize that have not asked him how he spells his name...(? Darrell, Darryl, Daryll, Darryll, Darrell, Darrel?)

I have had to hold all incoming mail and packages due to being delivered to wrong address. In a good note, U.S.P.S. have found all my packages delivered to other locations.

I know there has been some things said about our Post Office. I just wanted you all to know that the new Post Master Courtney and Amera are here to make this the best Post Office that it can be. I have been waiting on a check for 2 weeks from the insurance company that were giving me the run around. I told this to Courtney so he knew how badly I needed this check. Amera and Courtney worked on trying to find this check that I needed more than words can say. They worked over 24 hours going over every piece of mail and by the mercy of God they found it. It is truly a miracle. I think everyone here in Florence will find out that Courtney and all of his employees will go beyond your expectations to help you in anyway. So many Thank You's to our new Post Office. After living here for over 25 years I can say Wow!! We have the best Post Office that Florence could have ever hoped for. Poor service!! CR 226. 2 large boxes from Amazon left at our property fence and I was home. Walked out and asked Why he left them there and not our porch? He said he was leaving them at our house and drove off.

Lost 3 of my packages recently. They were never delivered even though I received a notification saying that those have been delivered to “other location”. They have no answers because my route is covered by a new mail postal worker.

I called to ask about a package that was labeled “unsecure location” and I wanted to check on it since we recently moved and the house is empty but I’ve been waiting on this package. They lady told me that the carried missed the package yesterday and it was out for delivery today. And I wanted to ask again if the package would be safe because that is what was listed as the issue and she cut me off and said “it’s out for delivery” twice before I could ask my question. She was extremely rude and I didn’t get my question answered and still don’t feel confident about whether my package will have a successful delivery. And I also don’t understand why it was listed as “not secure” when the carried just missed the package. It should have been listed as “delayed” or something if that was the real issue. Not impressed.

Do not accidentally forgot to change the shipping address on a package because even with mail forwarding this post office will not forward your mail but send to the old address on the package. Not real sure what mail forwarding is supposed to be for if they don’t use it.
