I’ve been a long time customer I’ve purchased 2 TVs, a PS5 and a laptop always paid on time and fully paid off all my things from them. Me and my wife have recently moved to a new house and I wanted to get her a dining table from them when I called. They said my leasing power was too low and that there was nothing they can do for me yet they constantly call me asking if I wanted to lease something else they sent postcards to my home with the same deals and when I try to call them on those deals, they said there’s nothing they can do for me this review is not to discourage you go ahead and do what you have to do but at least take my word for it if you do be prepared. I gave them thousands of dollars of my hard earned money and they won’t help me for a dinning table because of this, they’ve lost a long time customer I will not be going to Aaron's anymore

Terrible service. We must have come close to closing. We wanted to get a computer and needed it now. Nobody came up to use and when we left the service lady stopped and stared as we left. We found the computer at Rentacenter. We thought they were closed so we parked out in front and ate our late lunch frustrated. But they saw use walked out and said to come in and they will help use. I'm leaving them a 5 star.

Legal lone sharks! All they want is for you to pay as much as possible, then miss a payment come to your house twice in one day, get charhed$50 a visit, and now they want all the money. No they want items back, so they can make the money all over again! You don't help families. You hurt them. This is what they are doing to my daughter in law!

Rhonda from this location was amazing helped us to get the new Nintendo switch and my husband the Oculus he’s been wanting for months! This is my favorite Aaron’s and will drive an hour out of my way to go to this location. Absolutely amazing service every time!

Manager Sabian is disrespectful, and gives you attitude. He down talks to u, especially if your Hispanic.... comes to your house in a threatening matter.....and harassed me. Even when family are not on contract, they get harassed.... freaking unbelievable!!

Certain employees are extremely uninformed. They couldn't answer the simplest of questions. When I first went to purchase a stand-up freezer the employees each stated different sizes when I asked what size was the largest. When I purchased a freezer i stated that I wanted a new one. The one that they delivered had corn and other stuff on the bottom. I told the delivery men that I had asked for a new one so they called the salesman. He then told me that they didn't have one in stock so I either had to take that one or to try another store. I couldn't wait any longer because we had processed two large pigs and needed it for the next day. The freezer was badly dented as well. We asked for paperwork on the product, they said that they don't give the customer any paperwork on the products that they sell. The purchase took place in November. Last week the freezer went completely out, spoiling over $400 worth of meat. They will not compensate for that either. They wont even provide paper stating that i returned the freezer. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO AARON'S, EVER!!
