“I asked them to not rotate my tires. They did it anyway but did not adjust tire pressures. Maybe the tech did not know the f350 has higher pressure in the rear tires. So now I have to adjust the pressure. Not really a big deal to me but a certified tech should know.”

“I stopped in looking for a fitting for the heater core to water pump on my SBC 350 and AN fittings. When I explained exactly what I was after, the nice gentleman said he didn't have that, but rather than send me off with nothing told me about Alamo Hot Rod Parts. Where I was able to find the parts I needed. Just for that customer service, I'll be back to this location!”

“I drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle from here. Deb was friendly and answered all my questions before I made the drive because I was scared to drive so far to get scammed. Her and her husband were very understanding and great to do business. She was super friendly, gave me 2 purchase papers in case 2 messed up. She still answered questions after the purchase. I love my new car.”

“Service Manager, Marty, is very honest, professional, and helpful. Even though I do not drive a Chevy, I do drive a GM vehicle and always take it to Richardson for any type of service it needs. Marty is quick and efficient- and I trust him. I definitely recommend the service department for your vehicle maintenance and repairs.”
