Reggie answered and was able to give me a rough estimate initially for what I was looking for at the time. He told me to come in the next day. The initial price was good and because of his knowledge I decided to spend more and get my exhaust completely redone. Left it over the weekend and by first thing Monday morning it was complete. “After picking up my vehicle and driving it about two blocks i heard a rattling noise on the driverside of the vehicle. Turned right around and went back to shop to let them know. 1 rep took a ride with me to verify and found that the muffler pipe bracket had not been tightened correctly. Back at shop he took care of the bracket and i was on my way home.Once i got home however i opened the rear door and found my mats and jacket thrown round asnd I had a bag tied with 3 new shirts in it and the bag was gone and the shirts thrown just in the compartment. I dont understand why someone would need to open a bag and for what purpose it served to just throw the contents around. It did seem as if someone went theough my vehicle compartment searching for something. Not sure what? And even if there was a legitimate need to search that bag. Why not just leave it in tacked or in the bag. Why just thrown as if there was some disappointment. That is my only complaint.The work was done and finished before the guesstimated date and it looks great the staff was friendly and helpful and i received text almost daily on progress.”

Blue Ribbon was one of their approved vendors so I selected them based on their reviews. Yet, I was concerned their loyalty would be with the insurance company. “I was wow’d and blown away by the customer service Julio display today. Deal with Mark Julio and I came in because I recently had gotten an incorrect part by accident and Julio attended me as a manager. He only showed great professionalism., Patient great customer service skills that you hardly see today. I had stopped coming to Autozone altogether because the previous bad experiences years back pre-Covid and I was looking for a part and Autozone this location was The only one that had this part near my house so I came in I would say less than a month ago, but was given a part by accident and I know people make mistakes, but the hardest thing is when the customer returns is like pulling teeth to have companies either make it right or refund but after Julio looked up my phone number and saw that I did buy it here he was great and apologetic and even though he did not make a mistake but it’s OK. We all humans mistakes but it’s always great to know that you with the company that has great customer skills and grade professional people like Julio that will make it right in order me the correct part and because of him will be continue to do business with Autozone at this location”

“I own a 2009 Cadillac DTS and managed to break one of the tension rods in the trunk. After dropping by several repair and collision shops including two who claim to only work on Cadillacs, I was told that the parts that older model was discontinued. I took a chance and visited Majors Body & Paint. Discussed the situation with the GM John Sferle who immediately make several phone calls and managed to track the part required in a Colorado warehouse. It had to be the only one that exists in the world. Had the part shipped to his shop and although there is no know document to show how to install the tension bar, he and a staff member were able to install the bar. They also provided a very reasonable price to have repairs done. I have been in the customer service arena for quite some time before retiring. During that time, I was taught great consumer service is finding a way to say "YES" even though the answer would ordinarily be "NO". After visiting several body shops that day and being told no way. It was terrific to have a business tell me they will not give up until the job is done and I a satisfied. Thanks John and your staff at Majors Body & Paint. Great job. I will defenintly refer others to you.”
