“Highly recommend Blue Ribbon. Fantastic service, great communication and top notch work. Steven took care of me from start to finish. He was friendly and very helpful from start to finish. He walked my car with me and thoroughly explained everything at the beginning and the end. He dealt directly with the Insurance company and updated me along the way. When I got my car back the front bumper and doors looked better then ever and like they were brand new from rolling out of the factory. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful.”

“Rene Sanchez is the best customer representative in this store! He provides great customer service and goes out of his way every time I visit this store. He has helped me search for parts and has helped me change parts in both of my cars! I’ve seen him interact with other customers and he treats everyone the same, going above and beyond. I’m in the customer service industry and I value and respect, genuine and hard working men/women. Let’s make we take care of this guy! He helps build your brand!!”

“Not proud to say I have been in several situations where I needed body work done to my past vehicles. I've been to small mom and pop shops, I've been to large body shops, and out of all that experience none of these shops have ever kept their word the way Lux Collision Center did. From the greeting at the door, to the estimator, to the finishing touches by the detailer all felt personalized. I am a Customer Service Manager so when I see good customer service, clear communication, clear expectations, and all of these standards being performed at every level, from the receptionist, to the estimator and then to the detailer who cleaned my entire car afterwards (inside and out ) I am very impressed. I just know that if I ever need any other body work I will not be second-guessing where I will be taking it to. Go Team Lux!!!!!”

“Universal Dent Repair did an amazing job on my 2026 Tundra. I brought it in with a dent and a scratch on the passenger-side door, and the repair came out incredible. You honestly can’t tell there was ever any damage there. They preserved the original paint, the work was clean and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend them for paintless dent repair and body work.”

“I like everyone else looked for a body shop near me and rg3 popped up, I took a look at all the great reviews and decided to bring my truck in to get the front bumper fixed and man am I glad I did, the owner was great and told me it might take 2 to 3 days, but it only took 1 day they were able to get to it right away and did a great job. I will definitely be back in the future”

“Fast, honest, and zero up-selling—Marvin is a lifesaver! I called ahead to verify a part was in stock, and the entire pickup process took all of 5 minutes. But what really sets this place apart is the incredible customer service. Marvin went above and beyond, he came outside to look at the vehicle damage just to make sure I was buying the correct and necessary part. No taking advantage, no up-selling—just genuine, honest expertise and peace of mind. Thank you, Marvin, for treating people right! I will definitely be back and I recommend to all in need of vehicle parts.”

“I needed to replace the gas struts on my camper shell, but the maker was out of business. The Uresti tech quickly determined an appropriate replacement part and installed them instantly. The price, installed, was LESS than if I had ordered them on-line and installed them myself! I've bought 3 truck camper shells from them in the past and they always treat me right and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks Uresti team!”

“I have a hard time finding mechanics that I feel I can trust. But Bikini Offroad is legit. Ian was great to work with. He managed to get me in same-day for a diagnostic ON A SATURDAY! Dropped it off, and they called me before the day was up to let me know what was going on with my Jeep Compass. Easy communication with Ian. Explained everything clearly, and let me know my options. For any future issues with my Jeep, I'll be coming back to this business. Thanks, Ian!”
