The guy associate is rude!!!! Loves to argue and proceeds that I’m having a bad day.
Encountered the same associate back when I went in, in May and asked if you all were hiring for my son, and he answered aggressively that you all weren’t hiring. When asked if there is a manager he states he’s one of the managers. I have encountered the same rude associate twice.

An update to my comments 5 days ago. I contacted my prescription company and they researched claims and said CVS in Floresville never ran my insurance. CVS corporate said it looks like CVS Floresville used a coupon. I was given a refund for the prescription and the previous month because CVS Floresville overcharged me. I wonder how many customers have the same issue with the CVS in Floresville?

Every month, it's an argument. The latest example I was charged $17, even though, according to my prescription provider, it should be free. Last month, I asked what changed from the previous month on another prescription because they wanted to charge me $600, but I have a discount card that lowers the cost to $10. I was told they did not follow the instructions on the computer. You know, basic reading. The previous month, the clerk said I had already picked up the prescription, and I had to argue with the clerk. She accused me of picking it up several times. I guess someone else picked up my prescription. I have a difficult time dealing with idiots. If you work at the CVS in Floresville Pharmacy and are reading this, be more professional and do your job. I've never had so many issues with a CVS. We just moved back about a year ago. If you disagree, prove me wrong. I notice the owner responds to the positive comments but is quiet about anything negative. This is probably part of the problem. The owner does not address the issues to make the customer experience better.

CVS membership allows for so many discounts. I went for allergy meds and the kiosk put out many coupons, one of which was applicable to what I needed and I saved $5
