I came to get a pedicure done with my friend and the lady set us up and took the next customer. Then another lady walked in and she took her. Someone finally did my toes after 30 minutes and my toes were completely done before they helped my friend. My friend waited AN HOUR before being helped and was passed on multiple times. So upset and will not come back.

My shellac polish literally fell off within 48 hrs of me getting a pedicure. Everything else was great. But unsatisfied with my results.

The lady with the bob cut was the rudest most obnoxious person she could be. She started off by telling my sister that they close at 7 even though it was 5:30. All my sister wanted was a French tip pedi but the girl said it was too hard that it had to be shellac. So sis said fine. Then She wanted my sister to do a solid color. Again she told her she just wanted French tips with maybe a design on the big toe. “ Where you get that done? EVery salon different. “What design” “You decide cause we close soon “. She just would not stop talking, she just pushed and pushed until my sister didn’t know what to say anymore. My pedi was already done and this lady hadn’t even finished one of my sister’s feet. I asked my sister if she just wanted to get it done the next day as by now she was so flustered at being treated this way and I could tell she was going to cry. I told her to not even get the fills done so she wouldn’t have to endure this woman anymore. Then , “ You go back to Georgia and do there.” WOW ! I told my sister just to wait for me outside. She went with the other foot never even started! I felt so bad. My sister hadn’t been down for 8 years and this is what she got!The last time we had gone to get a pedicure together was 11 years ago in Georgia when her husband had passed away and I was just trying to get her out of the house. So here we were just trying to enjoy something together and this woman went and ruined it. I really hope she doesn’t treat everyone that way. She should be fired if she does. It’s a service industry and people go there to relax not get insulted. Wish I had videotaped!

I have been a customer here for almost ten years. I will not go anywhere else. Their work is great and consistent. I love that it is family owned and they are very welcoming and accommodating.

I was passed off after being very clear about size and shape of nail I wanted to a guy who didn't speak English, spent most of his time on his phone, never held my nails as he worked, they hurt for days, 1 nail sticks way up, none are smooth. I was having a rough day, and it didn't raise my spirits at all, it just made me feel worse for wasting the money! I'll never go back.
