“I am so grateful that this gym exists in town. We travel to the area once or twice a year to see family and it so nice to not have to drive all the way to San Antonio to get my work outs in. It's a good little gym, coaches are nice and helpful, great work outs, and I especially like the class times that are available and the number of classes they have every day. It's kid friendly which is great. The classes aren't overloaded with people, no traffic or issues with parking. Check them out!”

“I love this gym! I've been going here since 2019 and I've seen great improvement in my strength and health. Jenny, Heather and Amber are all fantastic coaches. They make the workouts fun, while pushing you to be your personal best. Jimmy is awesome as manager, with his engaging personality and a smile for everyone! There is always something new and exciting going on here. I can't give this place, especially the staff, enough stars to do them justice.”
