“I love this gym! I've been going here since 2019 and I've seen great improvement in my strength and health. Jenny, Heather and Amber are all fantastic coaches. They make the workouts fun, while pushing you to be your personal best. Jimmy is awesome as manager, with his engaging personality and a smile for everyone! There is always something new and exciting going on here. I can't give this place, especially the staff, enough stars to do them justice.”

“We just started going to this gym and we are quite pleased on the cleanliness of the gym. Jr was so welcoming and helped us obtain a membership. He walked us around the gym and I asked him about several machines and he demonstrated how to perform on each one. He was so patient and explained everything to us. People are always so friendly and are always willing to help. I love that there’s many areas for sanitized wipes. It’s small but it’s enough to get my workout in! I also like how safe I feel by having key fobs and that it is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Overall we are very impressed.”
