Small town Texas where BBQ, fried chicken and Tex Mex is about all you can find but this cute little small town cafe offers a vegan sandwich and it’s delicious. Options are lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, avocado and vegan Mayo on Sourdough bread. Simple, fresh and delicious!
