I can’t even tell you how much help they’ve been. We had our RV stored here and have rented two storage units from them over the last two years. The facility is very clean and they have options for climate control units. I even still have our stuff stored here.

I don’t think I’ve ever worked with such great customer service as this Storage facility! The people here are awesome, the storage units are clean, the climate control works great, and someone is always patrolling the place. I would recommend to anyone looking for clean, climate controlled space!

This place is secure and clean. The staff has always been helpful. I have always felt welcomed. Friendly and respectful staff. For Christmas they sent me the most beautiful Christmas card I have ever received.

Pollok Storage has been a great place to store our stuff between our 2 moves! We rented a total of 6 storage at one point. 1 was climate controlled, it was so nice! All the storages are clean & roomy. I shopped around and found their prices were the best for what they offer. The staff Natalie & Ms Virginia are always available and ready to help! Thank y’all!

This is a very clean facility. Very impressed with security—has security gate, cameras and security doors. Office staff are very helpful and friendly. Very affordable.

back end's concrete is a little uneven.
