“This is my go to UPS! Parking can be little crazy because it's right off Broadway, but I've always had luck with snagging a spot. Employees are very kind and helpful! I've been a number of times and have had consistent good service.”

“As we live in a small town, delivery issues have been there for years. Saturday delivery is not reliable but we have other options like FedEx, UPS, and Amazon Prime. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful. I have never waited more than 5 min unlike San Antonio, there were times I was in line for extended perid of time. I do understand other people's reviews and their frustration with delivery. We simply don't have enough manpower and they have to drive a long delivery route with gates and long dirt roads to the residents. Isn't it what we wanted? We don't live in a suburb with bunch of houses clustered. I don't have to see or hear neighbors...thus, give them a litle break.”
