Just went in to get a box to return an ice machine bought on Amazon! The young boy working the front was helpful and kind. We were worried we wouldn't be able to find a box to return it and they helped soothe our worries and got everything settled out in minutes! Thank you UPS team Floresville !

Oscar and Ryan are all stars! We went to 5+ Office Depot/Max over the last month for copies/scans we can't do at home. Every place was incompetent. But these guys were amazing. I finally got everything I needed for a homemade Christmas. Thankyou!

Oscar is the best! And his employees! Just wish the Floresville P.O. employees were this friendly. I had the P.O employee scold me because I asked her to tape up my package, she told me UPS should have done that since I had to go there to have my label printed because Floresville P.O. does not print labels even though you are mailing through them. So i had to buy a roll of tape from the P.O. Next time I mailed a package through UPS I had a roll of tape in my hand to purchase and I was told I didn’t need to purchase a whole roll and that they would tape it at no charge! So I was wondering if the Floresville P.O. employees could spend a day observing Oscar&his crew doing what they do best& maybe they could learn a few things about customer service&especially kindness in these trying times. Thank you Oscar and your employees for treating us customers with such compassion, you’re the best!

Well, I’ve never had issues with them before today, usually the workers are very helpful. The lady working today said I couldn’t drop my package off to ship unless I wanted to pay $1 and was very rude. I’ve never had to pay ever before and I’ve dropped off like 10 packages here for shipping from my small business. She said very rudely that "Well, I’m not gonna be able to give you a receipt or any proof you even dropped it off?" like she didn’t even want me to drop off my package at all. I’m taking it to a different post office now. It’s just so strange because they’ve always been sweet and helpful, took my packages, shipped them, and never charged me for just dropping it off (shipping label was already paid for by me in advance). It was just that one worker, I don’t think I’ll come back if I see that worker at the counter through the glass storefront. Never met a more sarcastic and rude worker at a UPS store, and I’m not the type to complain about anything. But this made me delay someone’s package.

I have a lot of Amazon returns throughout the year and I always choose to go to this UPS drop off point. The store is always clean and well kept. The staff are all so nice and even when they're busy they take the time to be friendly, but are also efficient.

Oscar was absolutely fabulous to work with. I needed a notarized document and he waited for me to travel the 20 miles to get there. Extremely friendly staff and they know EVERYONE that comes into the location. Felt like I was at Cheers. We're going to do some business together in the very near future and they are highly recommended!!
