“It was perfect for the amount of guests I was able to invite. Upon inquiring about this venue I was asked about how many guest would be attending. I replied 120. They said it would accommodate that many guests. I made my deposit and paid the rental fee. Luckily I hadn't mailed out my invitations yet. Upon a walk through 2 weeks before my event I was told there was 15 tables and 90 CHAIRS!! I had to shorten my guest list!! My caterer was already paid!! I informed them the day before I would be in to pick up the key and go in to start decorating. I was told I would have had to pay $100 to get in the day BEFORE the event. I stated that it was never disclosed to me in the contract or verbally. Someone else was using it so I would have to wait til 8 that morning to come in after maintenance cleaned. Well that was a lie!! We monitored it all day & night! Yes it has a kitchen but no refrigerator! Which makes ice runs lots of fun on a hot July evening!”
