Got two new pairs of glasses for both my son and I. Susan was a great help in getting the right pair for my son's first ever glasses. She worked with me for quite a while to find the right pair of sunglasses that will work with my prescription.She did great and I will definitely be coming back in!

Horrible experience. Went in for an eye exam - to get an updated prescription for my contact lenses - so that I could have the prescription filled at Walmart. Exam was Tuesday. Today is Thursday - after several requests we still do not have the prescription from America's Best. They haven't sent it to Walmart. They haven't emailed it to me. Nothing. I don't know why this is so hard. Also, was charged my $10 exam co-pay plus another $25 fee (which my insurance company is telling me that they shouldn't have charged me).

I had trouble with my glasses since November I have been in 7 times. I have been a customer of america’s Best for several years and I’ve worn progressive lenses before but this time we can’t seem to get them right. Up until yesterday, January 10. I was having excellent service every time I had to go in. Yesterday the front desk person was exceptionally great, and the person who ended up helping me. Susan was also exceptional. Where I had the issue was Rebecca. I was waiting to be helped. She (Rebecca ) asked me if I needed help I said yes and then when she found out from the front desk person that I needed help and I was a return customer she did not want anything to do with me so she decided to put away empty containers and file paperwork with her back to me while I sat there and waited. Finally, I raise my voice and said I needed help she flipped around, gave me a dirty look and said Suzie will help you and pointed at Susan who was with a customer. I waited for Susan to get done with her other customer, and then she helped me, and again the service was excellent from Susan.Susan also shared with me that Rebecca had been rude to her earlier in the day. I feel that’s unacceptable behavior for someone who is dealing with the public and since you have such an amazing staff and the fact that I’ve been there seven times and have and have been gracious about it , tells you what a great team you have . Unfortunately, Rebecca tarnished that experience for everyone else. !

Worst experience I have had by far. I have been a patient for over 3 years. I always have to plan for 4 hours of my day to be spent there when I need a simple task completed. They are extremely rude and untimely. I have been fed up and looking for a different provider thankfully my new insurance company gives me target and I highly recommend them. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I called to get my prescription for target and America’s Best said they would have it ready in a few hours. When I went to the location the ” receptionist” told me I would either have to wait 10 minutes for her to print it ( I called hours before to have it ready at 1:30) or she said I could go by each desk and ask if they had my prescription printed. Personally I believe if you are a receptionist you should ask the staff not tell the customer to ask 4 different staff members. After I asked the staff they said they didn’t have it. Well I ended up waiting 15 more minutes for my prescription to be printed. The staff member who was somewhat cooperative by no means is that a compliment but she was better than most of the staff. She then informed me the doctor might not be there so he may not be able to sign it. For it to be valid for target I needed it signed. She then asked a different doctor to sign it even though they were not my doctor. I generally don’t like to complain as I work in the service industry and understand customers can be rude and it is generally a tough job. However the service I have received for 3 years is absolutely unacceptable. I don’t recommend them at all and I highly suggest they try to restaff or get better training. Maybe management is bad I don’t know but I would never treat a paying customer or dog like that. If I could I would give -10 stars.

They have been wonderful! Everybody is very friendly. One doctor was on his way out the door with his bags packed and everything, but made time to inspect my eyes and discuss results all while not rushing me. The doctors also are very happy to tell you which glasses look good for your face which is nice. They also work extra hard to make sure they can give you the best discount possible with your insurance and their deals. They're adaptive. When I wasn't sure if I wanted to take the special test to detect diabetes, cancer, etc they told me I can take it when I come back to pay if I want which was a kind offer. I also mentioned I don't get paid until the next week and they understood and allowed me to wait to pay. My glasses just wouldn't be ready until payment was made. So they're very wonderful, very friendly here. Customer service is a 10/10. I feel a sense of belonging weirdly haha.

I had my eye exam and prescription glasses done today here. This place is really good, very, organized and staff over here is so friendly.Dr Nguyen was very knowledgeable. Also, Susan helped me today with my eye glass, frame selection, insurance etc and it was overall so good experience.

Took in some reader glasses that I did not purchase from them, one of the arms on the frames came off due to the screw missing, (I originally ordered a screw kit, to see if I could fix it, to no avail) upon dropping the glasses off Susan (employee) told me it might be difficult to find the correct screw, (as I know after I bought the repair kit online from a different vendor) she told me to leave the glasses with her and she’ll see what she can come up with, on my way home I went by to see if they could fix the glasses, with a big smile she handed them to me, I said Thank you, she said your welcome and that it was a team effort to get the frames fixed! So thank you to Americas Best contacts and eyeglasses! The team you have there went the extra mile for me! I’m getting my next examine and glasses from you!

Dana Howard is the best!!!! Helped us with our insurance and got us the best deal possible. Went to multiple places and they didn't even come close !! To the price and help that she gave to us.This will be our go to place from now on.She needs a raise!!!! .Flower Mound,Tx location

Been trying to order my contacts for over a month. Every time I try to place an order over the phone, they don’t have anyone available to do orders or they take my information down and never call me back. Do better!

10/10 recommend Dr. Nguyen. She is THE healthcare professional Americans need! This woman genuinely cares about patients & it's glaringly obvious from the moment she walks in the room. It's not often you find doctors, let alone chain doctors that aren't all about profit first. She clearly loves what she does & cares about her patients very much. You will not be disappointed! 5 stars for Dr. Nguyen.Staff is a bit of another story. Don't get me wrong, everyone's nice but once you're done with the doctor, it's a bit downhill & seems to be about every time I go in for some reason. The first couple pairs of glasses I bought were significantly too big. The person assisting me never mentioned size when ordering nor when I complained I couldn't see & both pairs were falling off my face constantly. It took 3 times of going in to have them "shrunk" before a nice lady noticed I come in every few weeks & said something. She had me try on several pairs, advised both pairs I bought were significantly too large, showed me how to read the size & told me my size range to stay in. I'm very thankful for her but mind you this only happened by chance & only after purchasing $150+ in glasses that don't fit. Both times I've ordered glasses they've been delayed now. When I pop on to have them shrunk I'm usually not acknowledged for quite some time & have to try & get someone attention. Everyone is nice enough when they do assist but for some reason it's always a chaotic atmosphere where staff is chasing down lost orders for a less than happy customer type thing. If you're willing to strongly advocate for yourself the price may be worse it but you have to be on top of everything!
