My nail tech was Ashley. I asked her to do acrylic but she said ‘’no one does Acrylic anymore” and insisted on doing dip powder. When I told her how I wanted my nails, she got upset and started speaking in her language which was disrespectful. Jenny is the only one who does a good job. I will not be coming to this place anymore as I had a bad experience. Please teach your nail techs to be kind to the customers as we come to relax and not have a bad day after an unpleasant experience. Ashley at the end of my session told me I should show her a picture of what I want from next time onwards.

I had the best experience here! First, the salon is gorgeous. Texas knows how to build. I needed to have my dip powder removed and new dip put on. My manicurist was so helpful selecting the service and doing the treatment. I hope I get to go back soon for work and I’ll stop in for a pedi!

This is a long overdue review, but Jenny did my nails for a valentines set and it came out beautifully if not better than the inspo picture. She was so so kind and easy to talk to. Even though we held the last appointment and we ran over till they closed, she continued to take her time and stay even past closing for another 15/20 mins to perfectly finish my nails. The best nail artist! Thanks Jenny :) I'll be seeing you again in February !!

Best nail place in DFW!I’ve been here over ten times and they’ve always done an incredible job every single time, no matter who does my nails! In the picture here, Jenny did my nails (dip nails) and shows amazing attention to detail — she has done my nails probably 3 times now. My nails never break, crack, or chip off when I come here. For reference, I live all the way out in west Fort Worth and insist on coming here because my job takes me out here pretty often. Never want to go anywhere else!

Very disappointed. My dip nails only lasted 3 days before cracking. When I went back to the salon to show them the issue, they were indifferent. Offered a 15% reduction to redo the 8 nails with cracks and chips. That’s not acceptable. Dip nails should last at least 2 weeks. I won’t be going back to this salon and am sharing my experience in the hopes it saves someone else this trouble.Services: Pedicure

I hate writing not so great reviews, but I believe this business over charges considering the service received and atmosphere.I observed a client, upon paying, mention she thought her bill was high and of course it was and the business corrected the error.I had tips and my nails dipped. I also wanted a manicure to clip my cuticles. They massaged lotion on my hand and they were soaked in a bag of wax for about 3 mins. No cuticle clipping at all. They did offer me a beverage. The customers all looked cranky and the shop seemed slow compared to most nail salons on a Saturday a little after 4 pm.The entire experience was just uncomfortable. From being rotated between thee different nail technicians, due to scheduling conflicts. I over heard two clients expressing their concerns with their service and their concerns were ignored and left unanswered. I then watched and heard the nail technician engage in a conversation, which was apparent it had to do with their customers, in a language they knew their customers would not understand. I thought their customer service was unkind, juvenile and unprofessional.I want to be clear, I applaud multilingual people. I wish I could speak multiple languages and I enjoy hearing different languages, but what I didn't particularly enjoy was watching obvious disrespectful behavior towards their patrons.Get this, $65 I paid for this service. $75 after tip, because tipping people in the service industry is important.I felt robbed. Will I return? An absolute no. The nails are nice, but I can get nice nails at a reasonable price elsewhere.

I was told $20 for a basic pedicure for adult and $12 for kid. (I even said she's 13 is that inside the range he said yes)They charged me $80.+ tip even though I had an appointment & told them exactly what we wanted. I even reminded the guy at checkout that this price didn't match what was quoted on the phone when I set the appointment. He did nothing to rectify the situation! It was only at check out that the guy said kid pedicures were only for under 11. Then why in the heck did you tell me different over the phone!!! I have a feeling they do this often just to get people through the door!!*We had no add ons just regular paint not even gel!

We called ahead to get a price for a basic pedicure. We were told the cost was $20. We also asked if our 13 year old daughter would qualify for the kids pedicure and the gentlemen said yes - noproblem. When my wife and daughter went in, they were charged $30 each. The man at the counter argued and refused to honor the price we were given over the phone.

Horrible paint job definitely wasn't with $50 I do not recommend going to them if I didn't have to get back to work (went on my lunch break) I would've requested it be removed

I have given this place SO many chances. My advice is to go read their negative reviews before coming here. There is 1 tech who does a great job. The others are absolutely horrendous. So I was going to continue coming with the understanding that I would only see the 1 tech who does a great job. Unfortunately my schedule doesn’t always allow for that. I made the mistake of coming in on a Friday afternoon and had a different tech who spent over 2 hours giving me the worst dip set I have ever had. I told the manager who told me “Well just come back and we can fix it.” I said I would prefer it be fixed now bc I didn’t have another 2 hours in my day after spending 2 hours there already. The tech then attempted to “fix” it and made it a million times worse. Dip was clumped on the ends, she shaved my nail beds down so badly it hurt to even press my nail. I finally couldn’t stay any longer and told the manager I would leave and come back when my nail tech was there despite already spent over 2 hours. He charges me $65 for this hot mess situation where she glued my fingertips to the nail tips. I left and came back and had my nail tech I usually see fix them, and I said “I want a refund for the set I was charged for earlier”, which he agreed. Then he leaves for the evening and my nail tech calls him to ask what to charge and he charges me EVEN MORE $20 just to fix the botched set I had earlier that day. Not wanting my nail tech to get in trouble, I paid it and tipped him. I called the manager who said “Yeah you didn’t like it so he spent 1 hour fixing it” I told him I certainly planned on tipping for the service but I was absolutely not paying for them to fix a job they botched in the first place. He aid “No you’re wrong, you didn’t like it “ I’ll let the pics speak for themselves.
