My wife bricked her phone (cracked screen, water intrusion) so we visited this location to see what the options were. Unknown to us, my wife’s plan has insurance and the associate, Naomi, was incredibly helpful in alerting us and letting us use her tablet to process the claim. She was very personable and saved us a ton of money. She even walked us to the door when we left the location. I highly recommend this l AT&T store, and Naomi.

Eric Ali did an amazing job helping us add a few lines and port numbers over from TMobile, even having to deal with an unprofessional Customer Support person who was loudly watching a movie in the background and a rude person that worked in the fraud department, if I would've been dealing with just those two people I would've stayed with T-Mobile, but Eric made the experience bearable and we didn't even notice how long we'd been there until we looked at our watches when we left...I'll only go to that store and deal with Eric, because customer service and attitude are the things that win and retain customers!!!

The in-store reps were all very quick to help and fully guided us with transferring my phone plan. They also made sure to get the phone and iPad I was looking for and carefully explained the available offers so I could find what the best deal for me was.

Firstly I came in on a Saturday morning at 10AM and was helped immediately. Naomi was so so helpful getting my phone upgraded. There were multiple roadblocks that kept getting in the way and she dealt with every single one. Please tell her she’s great at her job!!!

Eric was exceptionally welcoming and stayed a little longer on his way out to make sure he partnered with Mrg Justin to assist with my data transfer. Thanks to Eric for making me a priority, I felt valued. Mgr Justin took it from there and wow, his customer service skills and knowledge are over the top. Justin got me in and out while he equally assisted Arslaan in a very complex situation with another customer. Mgr Justin took over Arslaan customer with complex issue and Arslaan came right over to me to check on me and further assisted with my data transfer .To watch this team of 3 work together in unison was something to witness from a customers perspective. I'm so pleased to recommend Mrg Justin and his brilliant, highly skilled team to my family, friends and co workers. Thank you Mgr Justin and Flower Mound AT&T .

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Naomi. My iPad was stolen and I was having trouble filing the claim. While resolving my issue she was multi-tasking and helping 3 other customers. She did an outstanding job helping me and everyone she assisted. She deserves a raise. Thank you Naomi!

Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. What’s more important is to highlight how much value he brought to a customer and back to AT&T by upselling me. Thanks again, Karl, for an outstanding customer experience. You deserve the recognition!!

Had issues with my new phone and watch ordered from AT&T. Liberty, Justin, Karl, and Pam (CRS) did a great job taking care of my and getting everything up and running again. Will definitely come back to see these guys!!

Naomi is incredible. Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and was able to resolve an issue I’ve been dealing with for quite some time. I previously tried getting assistance from AT&T customer service as well as in a different store and they were unable to help. Thought I’d take one more chance at getting the issue resolved in person & Naomi got it done. I am truly grateful for her expertise, patience & help!

I now had AT&T for over 20 years for this one reason the customer service is beyond incredible it’s never changed. Naomi and Justin went over and beyond to help me get my new upgrade on my new iPhone. I am one to have 1000 questions and then some they answered each and every question without hesitation and very professional and very nice I recommend this store if you are looking for a new phone I will definitely be coming back to the store for all my AT&T products. I love my new iPhone!! God bless??
