Id give zero stars if I could. Do not go to this store as the individual that greets you does not want to help you unless you have an iPhone! Unless you want to see pictures of a Samsung only to be sent to another store because you're told that they only have Apple!! Not true!

Customer service in this store is poor. Today I walked in to purchase an ipad. I looked online and they did not show to have any inventory. I asked the customer service lady if they had any ipads in stock. She asked for my phone number and ID to log into my account. Then she asked who was my home internet provider. I asked why, and then she tried to sell me internet for my home. I only wanted to buy an ipad. She finally found two options and then wanted to sell me additional insurance. I asked what my current insurance covered and she said that my current insurance would cover the new ipad. SO.....then why are you selling me more? A second sales lady told me the first sales lady is just doing her job. They are suppose to upsale me i guess. I did not buy an ipad from ATT today. I went across the street and purchased from Best Buy, took the new ipad to a different ATT store and got it added to my account. This store has poor customer service.

Anu at AT&T Flower Mound was extremely helpful in resolving my phone issues. He also helped with tv/internet service options. He is pleasant to work with and very knowledgable.

Went in for a routine insurance phone exchange. Derek consistently brought out products to sell me when I just wanted to completely my claim. He felt a little too pushy, but I also understand he was just doing his job.

My wife and I had an issue with our IPhone and went to AT&T (store 6161 on Long Prairie in Flower Mound). Derek M was the rep who helped us and I can’t say enough great things about him. We are both 66 and not tech savvy but Derek was extremely patient and took the time to explain things and assist us in solving our problem. AT&T needs more people like Derek - he made the experience all the more enjoyable!

Colby at the FM store went above and beyond helping us fix our screwed up account back in December ‘24. There were extremely long phone calls to corporate and he was extremely patient. We were finally able to get into our account and figure out what was going on. He also helped get us the best deal on upgrading our phones. Can’t say enough good things about him.

We had a previous store encounter that did not receive our phone trade-in properly. This experience was not any better. The first representative did not explain the trade-in options and, after reviewing the document that we originally signed, we returned to have the manager explain that the first representative was wrong. We received far less for the trade-in due to this process.
