My store representative that first helped me with my new phone was very rude. She was acting like she didn't want to help me at all. When she asked for my phone password, she wouldn't give it back to me so that I could type it in myself, she turned her back towards me angry, and went into the break room, leaving me helpless. The manager had to step in and takeover because of the sales reps behavior. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Went to the store on a Friday around 11AM; 2 customers being helped by 2 associates. Manager came out from the back and asked our information I "thought" to check us in. She then returned to the back office. 2 additional Associate arrived to the store around 11:30; also went to the back. The ENTIRE time we were there - only 2 of the 5 associates were working while 7 customers were in the lobby waiting. Took over an hour of waiting to pick up phones I ordered online. Clarance is an amazing associate and seem to care more about the customers waiting than the actual manager. Sad for those employees that have to work for a manager that doesnt seem to care.

Deceitful sales tactics! Sales rep offered iPad "for only $6/mo", but failing to mention a $20/mo line fee. Discovered the monthly charge when reviewing the emailed order receipt. The iPad was returned it the next day and I was nailed for a $55 restocking fee. The sales rep claimed she told us about the new line, however neither my wife or I recall that being mentioned and would have never purchased knowing that. Today I get my monthly bill and see the line was not cancelled when device was returned. I call ATT and was told they would cancel the line but to go ahead and pay the line fees ($73 for 2 months service) and they will refund the amount next month. I've been an ATT customer 15 years; time to begin the exit strategy.

Had an appointment for 10:30,got there at 10:25 and the guy checked me in as a Walk in,I waited for 30 minutes and nobody took care of me so I left because I didn’t have all day long to wait for an appointment the I had scheduled beforehand!

Thank you to the employees of this store who have helped me several times. I am high functioning autistic, and it's so hard for me to deal with technology stuff and calling 1800 numbers... The staff here have always just been helpful and to the point. Really good store. Thank you sooooo much for the hint on how to get through to a human when calling. Bless you people! ?

I had the pleasure of working with Susan, who my stepdad highly recommended after purchasing two 15 pro max phones from her.I was dreading transferring all my information from my old phone to my new one. I was so nervous about losing my information. Everyone knows “your life” is in your phone, Lol!Susan made my experience absolutely flawless. She listened attentively to my concerns and put me at ease about “the transfer”. You have a phenomenal employee in Susan. She prides herself in providing exceptional customer service.
