I am a Bank Client but I had the bad luck of going to this agency located in Lewisville Texas and the attention from the only person who spoke Spanish at that time had a derogatory treatment towards us. We wanted to open a bank account for my wife and despite Since there was no one in the facilities, she assured that she couldn't because they had a lot of work, so we decided to ask her for an appointment, she set it for a week and when the day arrived, everything had been a joke. She never generated said appointment in the system. I think this lady doesn't have one. no respect for the Latin people who come to this bank here in this country, time is money to be wasting it in this way. This happened last week and today when we went to the supposed appointment it turned out to be a complete joke. Let's see if it's bad for This girl who, being a Spanish speaker, is like this with the Latin clients who visit the branch

Half the time, both drive up ATMs are unable to take deposits or dispense cash. You're usually lucky if you go to 3rd atm in front that you have to park and walk up to works. This would be easy to fix if they were interested in doing so, but we are still trying to find an ATM that has cash or ability to take deposits.

Horrible bank, low interest rates, and staff the that is not helpful at all. ATM ate my check deposit and I had to wait 15 business days to get any resolution - even after calling 3 times and making an appointment at a banking center. No temporary credit, no communication - should be illegal to hold money that long with no resolution. Escalated this to higher ups and got temporary credit on day 16. I suggest using a local bank because B of A does not care about their customers.

I went to this location to verify my identity and there was no banker available! You got 3 people working inside, but no one has sense enough to look at your information and verify your identity! I asked who to make a complaint to and I was told call the 800#, but that was a lie! I never heard from anyone. I should have NEVER opened an account with them. Believe people when they show you who they are the first time! The culture was of a NONCHALANT attitude from day one!It is almost like getting government assistance or something! I have been with Chase for over 20 years and never experienced this mess! I was thinking of moving my money from my Money Market account here, but I will stay with the DEVIL I know than go these DEVILS!!I would not recommend anyone to go to this bank!Dr. Latricia Kyle

Poorest customer service, had to go to BOA on 2499, to get card added to wallet to use at a ATM, per personal at 1171 could not use card in digital wallet at a ATM until I recieved the new card. Thanks to BOA on 2499 they show how to add card to wallet and allowed me to test at the ATM. 1171 BOA did nothing. I have used BOA 1983, will be looking to change bank. This is the third time BOA 1171 has not helped at all not even looking at account, BOA 2499 helped everytime

This location has poor customer service. We were never greeted, it took someone about 8 minutes to finally help us and ask us what needed help with. I even then we we’re informed we needed to make an appointment for the services we were acquiring and the lady informed us how we were going to receive a text with information to confirm. We never did and we never received some sort of call to confirm appointment either. Overall it was just all a poor experience.

I normally have no issues coming in here but recently the service has been lacking. There's an Indian lady that sits at the counter and every time I've been in she complains about the amount of work she has to do. She comes across as rude and makes it seem that doing deposits and a change order is too much for her to handle. Mentions on numerous occasions how she doesn't want to do anything. If I could go to another location I would but unfortunately this is the closest to me and I don't want to have to drive across town to get better service. Hopefully someone talks to her about her attitude and how she is towards people that come in.

Horrible bank hours. It’s like they don’t want those who work during the day to be able to do business with them inside.The atm is usually working though so that’s a positive.

Walk into the lobby with two attendants available, one is socially talking to someone who has already completed their business evident by the bank envelope in his hand and the conversation topics. The second holds her hand up to STOP us from advancing on her empty space and informs us she will be with us shortly she is engaged with something on her computer screen. After five min the one attendant is still socializing and won’t even recognize anyone. Attendant number two sees the frustration and informs us just a few more minutes. Nope sorry can’t wait while one actually works and the other decides it social hour. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Horrible customer service inside the branch and ATM is faulty. ATM accepted a check deposit but gave an error that the check can’t be processed and the ATM did not return my check but printed a case number and toll free number to call. The person answering the phone number could only say it may take up to 45 days to revive my check. Branch employees weee no help and said just call the number and could not provide me any information. After 25 years of declining poor service from Bank of America, I’m now searching for better banks that offer more personal service. Avoid this branch.

Waited in line for 20 minutes while one person worked the counter. Once I was actually able to interact with an employee to deposit a check that my mother had written to me ( that I am actually on the account as POD) I was told that the amount was above her approval authority. So, she rang a bell for a manager to come over to investigate the deposit.After they whispered back and forth in front of me. I was told they had to go to the back to authenticate the check from the account that we are both on.The reality is that they we were trying to call my mother from a back room to investigate this suspicious transaction.The one item that I have left out is that I am a 30 year customer of Bank of America as well. That has operated in their Preferred client base since day 1.However, I was left standing in line- that was growing longer and longer by the minute with more disgruntled customers for another 20 minutes.Only to find out that they could not assist me because they were unable to authenticate the check.Maybe, they recommended having my elderly disabled mother to try to transfer the money on line- the very reason I was there is because she is not comfortable with doing financial transactions electronically.What an absolute waste of an hour of my day, and just further validated what a joke Bank of America has become . Very sad !

Went to the bank to try to cash a check that is written in my name and they refuse to cash it because I did not have a bank account with them even though the person who wrote me the check has one in their name and it’s their check. Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with I would rather throw money in the trash and give these people any money.
