The people at this branch are great! The bank is NOT. The worst customer service (online banking especially) I’ve EVER encountered. And that is saying ALOT! The branch employees are so helpful but even they can’t navigate PNC’s system. Stay away…seriously, don’t even consider PNC!

Bank any where else but here. There are so many issues I can't even list them all. Just save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else.

They offer coffee, candy which is good.Few people work so have to be wait long sometime which is not good.

Extremely slow service everytime, seems to only effect me as other customers get threw quickly even the ones who show up after me leave before. I truly think this is an age issue Im young and successful and have noticed this type of behavior from other businesses in the past, its sad to see it transfer into the professional banking community. I will soon be closing my accounts and taking my business to chase bank across the intersection, the only reason I have continued banking here this long is the perks I receive from banking with the same company my employer does.

Matt. And Jennifer are great They are efficient, kind and will do anything they can for you. Sophie helped my sons set up checking account and explained everything throughly to them. Have checking and mortgage with them

Sushma Yechuri did an outstanding and professional job of handling my questions concerning my bank statement today. It turned out to be my error, but she took the time and effort to thoroughly explain with the utmost courtesy what had happened. I would appreciate for someone to recognize her for the above and beyond customer satisfaction job that she did. Phil Hudson
