I used to like coming here because they had great sales. Before vacations, for work, any occasion where I needed lots of new clothes. I would buy everything that fit, and it was such a relief. But today they told me I could only have 5 items in a dressing room at a time. It was super busy, there were carts everything filled to the brim, people coming in and out to take five things in and put five things back. I had so many things. I just handed them my items and left. I don’t want someone standing right outside my fitting room counting what I’m trying on and putting back. I’m anxious enough being in public and dealing with clothing shopping. This just makes it ten times worse.
I would get it if these were big ticket items but these were all on sale and so cheap. I’m not a shoplifter but I was treated like one. I really don’t like that.

I don’t need an interview when I’m checking out. I don’t need the cashier to be rude when I tell them I’m in a hurry after waiting in line. I don’t need the cashier to ask if I’m going to say yes to anything during the checkout interview. I’m saying yes to giving you money in an efficient manner. Be satisfied with that.

Terrible customer service! They have two associates working the counter. I was standing in line behind a customer on one side and was told I needed to go to the end of the other line that was near the other associate. Keep in mind they didn’t have any crowd control posts or signage so how was I to know. Also asked for assistance at finding an item in a larger size on the floor (non sale item) and they refused to step away or call another associate. Shopping retail is not what it used to be in these big department stores. Would not recommend going during the holidays
