I missed the same day timeline, but they still agreed to clean my uniform same day. They even had it done within 3 hours!
My uniform also came out looking perfect.
I am changing to doing business with them for helping me out in a tight spot. :)

This is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a negative review, but I am sincerely concerned about the professionalism and trustworthiness of this business.
I brought in my bridesmaid dress for a stain removal. The next day, I received a text showing a large tear across the fabric, a tear that was not present when I dropped the dress off. I have a photo taken at that time showing the dress fabric intact.
Then I received a phone call from the male owner. I calmly explained these facts and he began yelling at me over the phone, then hung up abruptly while shouting that the manager would call me. What followed was shocking and abhorrent. The manager, Tina Ali, shouted through the phone in what was the rudest, most accusatory, and deeply unprofessional phone call I have received. I was accused of bringing in a damaged dress and shown no accountability or basic respect. She said sorry - then immediately withdrew it, yelling at herself 'why would I ever say sorry to you?' before also hanging up on the phone call muttering to herself, just like the male owner had. I was stunned.
I trusted this business with my clothing and was met with complete hostility instead of honesty. This treatment is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern as I am seeing another recent Google review describing a similar incident, where it sounds like the manager behaved in the same unprofessional way and denied the customer's concerns without one utter of apology (the business seems to reply to every negative Google review denying the customer's perspective and without apology). There is no respect to the customer and no standard for professionalism. In our area with many other options for dry cleaner, I would warn against coming here.

Worst Dry Cleaner Ever – Manager Is Rude and Service Is a Disaster
I brought in a very expensive polo shirt (only worn once) with a small stain. Not only did Biz Cleaners fail to remove the original stain, but they returned it with new black dirt marks on the bottom and, shockingly, burnt holes in the fabric from heat damage.
When my wife returned the shirt to show what they had done, they said they would talk to the manager. We never heard back. I finally called, and the manager’s response was appalling: he told me if I had a problem, I should “take it to small claims court.” He even deflected by saying, “Why are you upset when there are bigger problems in India, Israel, Russia, and Ukraine?” That has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that his business ruined my shirt and refused to take responsibility.
When I asked for at least $50 back, he flat out refused. No apology, no accountability, no professionalism.
If you value your clothes and your money, do not go here. There are plenty of other dry cleaners who won’t ruin your items and treat you with complete disrespect. This place deserves zero stars.

Bizz Cleaners always does great work on our clothes. Staff is always polite and professional. Love their same day service! It's such a convenience especially for things needed at the last minute. Just had a prom dress dry cleaned and couldn't believe the extra touches they did. It came back with all straps laced up, on a bust, and a bag long enough for the dress and sealed at the bottom. Very impressive and greatly appreciated!
