Been bringing all of my cars that are out of factory warranty to Bosco for the past few years for service. Joe and David have been amazing to work with and always seem to take extra care with my vehicles. I see a lot of purchase reviews that seem like the experience may have been less than ideal, but just want to express that their service department has always been top notch in my experience and although I have not had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from them, it is always a blast to walk through the show room and dream over the amazing cars in there. Honestly, can't say enough good things about the service team, they are great to work with.

BUYER BEWARE: Critical Concerns with Bosco Auto GroupI urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Bosco Auto Group. My recent experience with them has raised several alarming issues:MISREPRESENTATION OF VEHICLE CONDITION: Contrary to the salesperson's claims that the vehicle was heavily worked on into near-new condition, it has had multiple mechanical issues. Despite assurances of thorough refurbishing, the reality was starkly different.REPEATED MECHANICAL FAILURES: In just seven months, the vehicle required three separate repairs for persistent mechanical problems, none of which were resolved satisfactorily.INCOMPETENT REPAIR WORK: The dealership's mechanics failed to diagnose and fix an oil leak, a problem that an independent mechanic identified and resolved quickly. When confronted, the dealership admitted to substandard work on multiple occasions.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: Despite acknowledging their failures, the dealership refused to perform necessary repairs without additional charges, even though these repairs were already paid for. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is deeply concerning.DUBIOUS BILLING PRACTICES: I have documented evidence, including invoices and visual proof from an independent mechanic, showing that Bosco Auto Group billed for repairs and parts that were not actually provided. This raises serious questions about their integrity and business practices.OVERALL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: The dealership's attitude towards repeated service visits was dismissive and unprofessional, reflecting a culture that prioritizes profit over customer welfare.Based on these experiences, I strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase from Bosco Auto Group thoroughly verify all claims and approach any dealings with them with heightened scrutiny.

Not a good experience. The only thing that matters to them is that you sign, the rest doesn't matter to them at all… 3 months and haven’t received license plates and they don’t even care about it

My husband and I are on our second Porsche, we replaced brakes on our first a few years back… We went through the Porsche dealership, big mistake. Bosco Auto Group has gone above and beyond , including a fair rate. We are so thankful!

Took my car into Bosco to get serviced based on a referral. David and Andrew were excellent. From booking the appointment and to being taken care of the service was amazing. Would come back and refer others to Bosco any day.

They will trick you into thinking they have your best interest and are just a family oriented dealership trying to give you a good deal. We purchased a high end vehicle at what we thought was a fair price. that same night the check engine light comes on. Then the sensors and camera system stops working. We call Brian the sales agent and he says he will see what he can do to fix it. They keep the car for days don't even call us to give us an update and when we finally pick up the car they tell us it's under warranty and we need to take it to the actual dealer/maker so they can fix it. We show up and they tell us no warranty. Now we have to pay for a full diagnostic and repairs for a vehicle we purchased and only drove for a few hours. We call Brian and all he ever says is I'll see what I can do then you don't hear from him. We called him back and said they can't do anything for us. Definitely a shady place. They have nice display of cars but seems like none of them work properly. Beware of the dealership fees which we asked to be removed and they weren't happy but winded up doing it anyway or I wouldn't purchase. Go to a legit dealership instead with ACTUAL warranty and services.

Dealership itself was great, but stay away from the extended warranty they offer…$5000 for extended warranty on Range Rover but when it’s time to actually use it there is SOOO much red tape and they try to find every reason not to fix your vehicle. Oh and be ready to still pay out of pocket…if I could go back in time I would happily decline the warranty.

Service was above and beyond expectations. Shout out to the GM Jason for being genuine and straightforward. Beings it was my first time to finance anything, I was not expecting the experience that I had; at all. Not only do I love my vehicle but I understand all the numbers that go into everything. Also!!!David Phelps and David Butterfield made my 2015 drive better than my Mom’s 2022. I told them not to worry about anything but they were insistent that I leave with nothing less than best. Pristine work and excellent attention to detail.I am so grateful to the whole team.Thank you all for treating me like family!

They sold me a truck without the title. Had to spend over an hour at the dmv & pay $29.75 to get an extension. Now that expires in 2 days and the state does not allow another extension.3 months, no title, poor communication and terrible customer service. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner.
