no customer service at all... special one of your agent was so judgmental about me, she has no right to judge my life and my family member....more chase bank need be closed down for business with this kind customer service. Robot does not judge people.

I've been banking with Chase before it merged with Bank One, or more than 20 years, and using the branch on Long Prairie most of that time. After my last three experiences in the bank I have decided that I'll never darken their door again. There is absolutley no service provided at this location. On my most recent visit on Friday, Sept 22nd I was there because I needed to order checks for a new acct I recently set up (at another branch because this one didnt have time to help me). There was one teller in the back that was busy(very unusual layout), several "bankers" in the various offices that were not assisting customers, and one guy that was in the lobby helping someone but he never even looked my way. One guy (Marco) stood up, walked out of his door, looked at me waiting in the lobby and turned the other direction without so much as acknowledging that I was there. I was seen by no less than three employees and no one spoke to me or acknowledged my presence in the lobby. Marco, the answer to your question of a few weeks ago when you called me about becoming a Private Client, is no! If you cant even say hello and offer to help me with a simple need, I'm not going to entrust you with my investments.I left the branch pissed for the third time and vowing to never return. We will be considering moving all of our banking elsewhere.I think what added to my frustration is that I had just visited my credit union a few minutes before, where I was greeted by name and was in and out the door in less that 3 minutes and feeling great about my choice to move several of my Chase accounts to them, previously.I miss the days of Dawn, Marsha and Poni in this branch. Then you could actually sit down and talk to someone that sincerely wanted to help you and you didnt have to have an appointment on a Saturday to get something done. Now its full of "Private Client" bankers that dont give a rip about you unless you're ready to pony up $200K+ to be in the club. Well, if you cant take care of the basic needs of your clients why should anyone be interested in letting you mange their wealth...? Not this guy!!I wanted to write to the Manager of the branch first before writting a Google review but the website doesn't list anyone. Am I surprised....? NOT AT ALL!!Yu may as well close this branch and let Chick Fil A expand. It would be a much better use of the real estate and they understand how to take care of cusotmers!!

On 4/3/23, I deposited a cashier's check for a significant amount of money into my checking account at Chase that I opened that day. However, because I'm a "fairly new client at Chase and because Chase doesn't trust me as a client yet or trust that my money is clean, Chase put a hold on that cashier's check for 10 days from my previous bank. So my precious money is not being issued to my Chase account until 4/12/23. Because of that hold by Chase, my money is stuck in purgatory and is earning nothing for 10 days (nothing at Chase and nothing at my previous bank). Is Chase going to compensate me for the lost income during those 10 days? I doubt it. And my Chase private banker, Marco Santos, seems unable or unwilling to do anything to help me to expedite release of my funds into my Chase account.If this kind of mistreatment continues at Chase by Chase, I'll have no choice but to look to take my money elsewhere.

Not sure why there’s bad reviews but I believe it was Prati? and Mikayla … both super nice, informative and helpful. I hate going into branches but they made my experience pleasant. Give them raises!

Stood in the lobby for several minutes before being addressed.Waited longer to be told they couldn’t help us, appointments only. Sad.

Catherine helped me set up my business bank account today. She was unbelievably helpful and insightful. We felt in the right hands entirely, and Catherine offered suggestions and advice when needed. I would recommend her to anyone looking to set up ANY account! Ten stars if I could.

Come here if you want to feel unwelcome. I came to open a new account and everyone In the building was on calls. This branch needs help. I left and went to a better branch.

I was concerned when my Chase branch closed, but began going to this branch across from Lewisville HS (go Fighting Farmers) and love it. Drive-thru & inside services are exceptional. Good signage & clearly marked CDC guidelines are easily understood and followed under watchful eyes ?

They dont have a sign in sheet system for customers who come in to talk to bankers. So when it's busy it's not clear who is next. A sign in sheet is standard in all other Chase branches I visited.
