Zach Hernandez is the by far best client manager you’ll find, he knows his stuff and wants to help you. He’s also just a pure, nice guy. That’s how this entire branch is: extremely helpful, nice, and will find the best options Chase has that you probably don’t know about.

Took my elderly mother in to handle some banking. A “manager on duty” Zack, tried to bully my mother into set up accounts she did not need. It is extremely sad that people are like this in the world. Had I not been there who know what he would have signed her up for. We had very specific instructions and when we resisted he was very aggressive and rude. My mother is in a wheelchair and elderly. He looked at her and said well maybe this is not the bank for you then. My mother has been a customer her entire life . We were making adjustments following the guidelines from the chase website and it was not matching what the advisor or the manager was saying. They were dead set on selling selling selling. So we left. After calling the corporate number. We were right did it over the phone. Zack mr “I have been doing this for 5 yrs I think I know what I am doing” was wrong.

Avoid at all costs. Especially if the teller's name is America. I tried to do a wire and it took 5 tries to get the number right. Wires do not have a way to recoup the funds if they are sent wrong! Another time we needed a notary and what a suprise but America is their one and only qualified Notary. She did not write her whole name and needed to be reminded to use her stamp! The paperwork was rejected and now needs to be redone. I have called Chase and talked to the branch manager Guillermo Hernandez more than once. Every time he acts surprised and says he will have a team meeting to improve. It's worth the drive to another branch if you want it done right.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Zachary Hernandez at 4101 Cross Timbers Rd, Flower Mound, TX 75028, during my journey to open a new business checking account. Even when my business credit card was declined, he made multiple attempts to work with a reconsideration team on my behalf.I was impressed by the attention to detail and the personalized approach in addressing my specific business needs. Unfortunately, due to my current situation necessitating a business credit card, I have to transition away from Chase. However, I want to emphasize that the level of customer service I experienced with Zach reaffirms its extraordinary nature. Thanks, Zach, for all your efforts and warm care!

Avoid private banking at Chase. It's a complete joke. I've had better customer experience at Starbucks than with Chase Private Client banking. The Branch manager is zero help... Please call our toll-free number. It reminds me of DMV customer experience.

Please call our toll-free number. It reminds me of DMV customer experience. In all seriousness, I am beyond flabbergasted by the lack of care this leader has for customer experience. Multiple emails with no engagement from her to a private banking client. When I opened my account, they tried courting me to move my investments to Chase -- thank goodness I did not! Anyone consider being a Private Client should be wary--definitely of this location.

Chase Bank in general has been terrible the past two years! its getting worse everyday. Chase decided to merge my account without asking and messed up my personal and business banking. They then deleted 15 years of my Bill Pay and said they can't recover it! Every time I turn around they are putting fraud alerts on my account so it's hard to do business with them. Think twice about using Chase Bank! 2 times the the past two week I have been unable to get my own money from the Bank

Do not go to this bank! It has been mis-managed from the day it has opened. You can't even go to the ATM machine without something getting screwed up. The ATM machine has taken cash out of my bank account and not given it to me at least twice and I have to call and open a ticket just to start the process of getting my money back. It has deposited checks incorrectly, it has been out of paper several times, and I need the picture of my check deposits. I go to other locations and never a problem. This is a very badly ran bank and I will NEVER be back!

The ATM took my card and charged me $240 but never dispensed it. They had just closed so you know they wouldn't come to the door lol
