Have had an absolutely positive experience opening up a few business accounts at this location with the help of Bj Duehr. He knows his stuff! Chase is obviously a big bank, but it’s nice to have the personal attention he offered.

One of the worst experience I had at this branch!
Told bunch of wrong things by banker (Logan) about wire transfer to lock me in with new account. Later to found out even with new virtual account also i got charged with fees! Manager was too busy to get on call with me; visited branch again but again manager is hard to reach.
They should seriously reconsider this branch as PNC reputation.

I would give a zero if possible. I simply wanted to speak with someone regarding my auto financing options. No one was available to speak with upon arrival, no problem I will take a seat in the lobby. About 5 minutes pass by and an individual comes by spouting incoherent nonsense about “the app”. “We don’t do that, you can do that stuff on the app. Do you have the app?” I have had an account here for ten years now and I cannot bother the staff for a simple conversation. Less than helpful.

We opened a new account here today and had a great experience. Two people greeted us when we first arrived, then BJ Duehr helped us open our account. He was kind and knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all our questions and gave us lots of helpful information. While we're happy to have the "big bank" advantages of Chase, BJ treated us with the personable friendliness of a "small bank" relationship.

Bankers here are full of nonsense. I waited in line WAY BEFORE about 7-8 people, for the tellers to simply print out 1-2 pages of my credit card month statement. The asian teller first tells me to wait at the lobby and I'll be assisted, turns out her plan was to help those 7-8 people first THEN get to me. First off, why do they have the priority over me? I was on my way out until a banker steps in to assist me, but he also fails to help stating "somehow won't print". Are you kidding me?! You're a banker, they're your website and printer and you simply can't print a statement for a 20+ yr customer? Absolute full of nonsense. Not even a simple sorry at the end. Your HQ will hear about this. You can count on it.

I spent three weeks talking to their executive complaint department and others trying to straighten an error that they made. It finally got to the point where I just canceled my card because I got tired of being run around. I would not recommend Chase Bank.

My wife and I recently moved to the USA and went to see David Thrasher to open our new accounts. David was immensely helpful, professional and diligent. Both accounts were sorted in no time and David provided us with as much information as possible along the way. Really thankful for such an amazing service!
