I had a great experience at this branch. Jaime was very helpful! I just got married and go my return in my old last night and was having trouble depositing it. He helped and was very friendly. As soon as I walked in he had a big smile on his face and welcomed me!

Could not help me get a temporary card, guy at the front did not say hello the guy at the teller could NOT help me and said either I wait for an hour and a half or go to a different branch. I have a hard time believing that there was NO PNE around that couldn't see me sooner. I felt discriminated against because I'm gay. I was completely shamed at this branch. This is the second time this branch has done this to me.

I plan on moving my checking and savings some where else! Today I came inside to have a cashier's check made out with cash in hand. There was nothing for this teller to do except count the cash and type in the name. The service fee was $8.00 EVEN though I have accounts with Chase and have been a customer for 20 years. Couldn't believe it! No more. Good bye Chase because there are better and kinder financial institutions with better service and kinder fees.
