I wanted to have my car ceramic coated and Alex came highly recommended. He is the real deal! His detailing bay is pristinely clean and organized. My car is fairly new, but when I picked it up from Alex, it looked better than it did at the dealership. He is meticulous in his work and it shows. The ceramic coating that Alex did is perfection and I highly recommend it. From the moment I handed over my keys, Alex took the absolute best care of my car. I didn’t think my car was worthy of an actual detailing session but my daughter insisted, and what a transformation it was. My car looks like new again, short of a new paint job. Alex was thorough and very detailed. I took my car to him after coming out of work one day and finding what appeared to be insulation overspray from nearby construction on my car. He assured me he would be able to get it off and my car looks brand new again. He kept me updated on the status and I am beyond pleased with the results. Alex did a phenomenal job of detailing my car. His attention to detail was incredible. Due to my line of work, I see everything, all the dust, stains, stickiness, but Alex did too - leaving my car absolutely perfect. I had conveyed to him about a spill I had in my trunk. He was so thorough in cleaning it. Some of the spill had gone down into the spare wheel well. I had not mentioned that to Alex, so when he brought the car back to me, and I told him about how I couldn’t reach all of the spill. He looked into the spare wheel well and saw some more of the spill. This is not a normal part of the car that gets treated during a car detail, so I was not expecting it to be cleaned. True to all the other reviews I’ve read about his commitment to customer service, Alex picked up the car again the following week, called the manufacturer (as cleaning the spill required removing and then reattaching some items), and even cleaned the spare wheel well. Exceptional customer service! This was the best detail clean service I have ever gotten, and I usually have my cars detail cleaned every year. This time, due to work constraints, he had to deal with grime from 2+ years! He even picked the car up and dropped it off again! Also whatever he used to clean the upholstery made my car smell incredible for weeks! Would definitely engage his services again!

I took my wife’s 2007 Infiniti to clean start detail and it was fantastic service all around. We requested the interior & exterior package. It was simple to make an appointment online, communication was great, and the facilities were absolutely immaculate. You can tell his work is done with care. I posted some before and after pictures of the work he did on the headlights. They look look brand new ! I highly recommend clean start detail 10/10 !Services: Car waxing

I was looking for paint correction in Flower Mound after my car got damaged in a hit and run. I contacted Alex at Clean Start Detail and we made an appointment online to drop off my car. I wanted to see if he could look at the damage and give me his opinion. Alex was very friendly and understanding. He told me he'd have to clean the area first and inspect the damage. Alex kept me up to date on how things were going through texts which was nice.He was able to remove all the embedded melted plastic from the cream-colored paint and remove all of the scuff marks underneath. Made it look almost as if it didn't happen. I would highly recommend him. I was very impressed by his work ethic and dedication.Services: Scratch removal

Alex was awesome! I reached out to him on a Sunday. He called me within 10 minutes and drove down to Grapevine to check out my vehicle (trying to clean up some deep scratches on my BWM 535i). Alex did a great job. There’s a lot to be said for being able to talk to and interact with the same person that is doing all of the work beginning to end on your car.As an extremely picky car nut I am usually apprehensive dropping my car just anywhere. I had no issues handing the keys to Alex. I was able to wash my car with water only after his top of the line ceramic coat!
