They said I canceled my membership 6 months ago. I paid 224 dollars for a membership I didn’t even know I had and they made me pay 80 dollars to cancel. Terrible service do not go here.

Listen to the other 1 star reviews and save yourself the headache of dealing with this dump. I’m surprised that there’s not a fee for breathing the air inside of the facility.

Not a customer first organization.
They will charge you 2 months worth of membership to downgrade your contract.
Their locations are poorly maintained, the culture has terrible gym edicate, the ammenities are barely functional, the equipment is falling apart.
In addition, they refused to take care of me after firing the personal trainer. I signed up with that trainer to be charitable, not to line club4's pockets. They offered an alternative trainer, did not offer to freeze the contract, threatened to send me to collections while I blocked payment for services they are not providing, then later offer to freeze the account but only if I pay the $500 in unrendered services, and if I don't pay then they will send the debt to a collections agency.
To be clear, it is evident, that their model is not focussed on customer experience, but instead on access to a space that brings in contracts that they can then charge people costly amounts to terminate regardless of circumstance.
I event pointed out to the district manager of personal training that he continues to approach the conversation from a contract perspective and is failing to consider things from a business longevity and customer service perspective.
I asked him, customer service, collections, and the gym manager to escalate my case to someone that has the authority to make the decision about making an exception for my case. The district manager said that the buck stops with him, that he has no choice but to look at things contractually, that my charitable intent is my problem, that my membership is not important to Club4, and even tried to feed me nonsense about how the contracts trap people in order to incentivize them to meet their fitness goals.

Club 4 fitness FLOWER MOUND locationStarted April 2023, be careful if you take your kids to the CHILD CARE! I’m 100 percent nothing is sanitized in that place. I had to stop taking my child because I noticed every time I would go work out, my child would be sick a few days after. One time it was RSV!!!! No my child is not in any other daycare, so it’s not a coincidence. I’ve seen the same piece of trash on the floor, in the tanning room for at least a month. Locker rooms are dirty in the afternoon, I’m sure they only clean it once before closing shift. Almost a year at this gym, I’ve never been late at paying monthly until this January 2024. It’s due on the 25th I made an online payment on the 31st. I went to the gym that same day, scanned my club ID and started walking to the treadmill when someone(Zack Shaw) runs behind me and says “I haven’t made a payment this month.” (This is also the busiest hour of the day. I felt so embarrassed, he chased me down to tell me that in front of everyone. ) so I get off the treadmill and tell him, yes I did pay online and I had a email receipt that said it takes 48 hours to process. Now we are both just standing in the front with no solution besides me paying my monthly payment a 2nd time because he couldn’t see it in his system. By this point I’m no longer comfortable working out. I’m just disappointed at how unprofessional this whole situation was handled. I canceled my membership and I’m still waiting on a refund.

This gym plays the gayest music as loud as possible. I can’t put one headphone in and workout with a partner without it just being overwhelming. I either have to suffer with the music or put my noise cancelling head phones on. Considering leaving to somewhere else for this reason.

I joined this gym a little over a year ago. I use this gym two days per week. I come on Sunday and on my day off during the week, since I live in Flower Mound. My primary gym is John Reed Fitness in Dallas, as I work just two blocks from there.I never have been 100% happy here as there always seems to be something that is not operating. A few weeks ago the steam room was out of commission for a few days. There always seems to be some equipment that is down and unable to use. On many occasion you can look around and see trash on the ground near the equipment. The men’s locker room always looks a bit messy. After I work out I always enjoy using the steam room, but I’m a little put off and hesitant,as the floor is always dirty from member’s shoes and spills from sports drinks. This past week I went to take a shower after my workout to find there was no soap in the dispenser, and the drains clogged with hair.I am really contemplating dropping my membership, but would like to give them another chance. As I mentioned, this gym is very convenient and close to home.

The gym is decent, but I'm not a fan of the "fees and sales tactics" style of customer relationship management. I wanted to downgrade from the mid-tier to the base tier membership, but was told it would be $50 to change levels. Since I recently paid the $50 annual fee, I just didn't have the appetite.Canceling was free, so that's what I did. Maybe when the pricing, signup, and membership simplicity improves, I'll be back.

They take all your money. They signed me up for a premium membership when I wanted the basic.

Facilities are “ok” but often machines are broken longer periods as well as massages benches! Staff at the front are incompetent and guess they get paid too little to attract good people! Mostly chatting behind the counter or on their phones.Rules for membership seems to vary depending on who u talk to!! Updated. Seems to be improving.

Great gym. Huge, way bigger than other gyms. Loads of cardio equipment, free spinning, yoga and other classes. Pickleball court. Squat racks, deadlift areas, cable machines and free weights. Tanning and massage beds too. Very clean. Used to not be as clean but they fixed that. Still takes a while for machines to get fixed when out of service. Only one assisted pull up machine and its been out of service for a couple of weeks.

The gym is fine but the men's side steam room has been broken for weeks and is incapable of blowing hot steam consistently, and most of the time the steam room is not even clean
