Collectibles Cards & Games is a tremendous store with a huge selection of retro games, trading cards, and Pokemon games and cards. The store is very clean, organized, and packed full of items, with a laid-back and friendly vibe. The staff are generally very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming, offering great customer service and fair prices. While one interaction noted a staff member seeming annoyed, the overall experience is highly recommended. Customers travel to visit and find it much more than a game shop, returning for collecting and RPG needs.
Incredibly friendly and helpful employees. Gavin and the assistant manager spoke to my 13 year old like an adult and helped him to make an informed decision with his Pokémon cards. 10/10 will return to do business here again

The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. With their wide variety of products, it’s almost impossible to leave empty handed. I ended up picking up a Godzilla booster box and pulled one, if not, the top pull. I will definitely come around when I find myself in the DFW area. 10/10

Absolutely amazing selection and staff! I went here to try and start my Pokémon collection and everyone was so helpful and informative. Kass I believe her name was helped me the most and was so kind! 10/10 experience, would 100% come back
