Love this pharmacy. Love the people - from the techs to the pharmacists always kind and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure you get and have what you needs.However, however - the hours just plain suck. 9am-6pm. That’s normal working hours. I work in Dallas. Getting there by 6 is a 1 in 10 chance if I leave right at 5pm. If I didn’t have flexible work hours, it would be impossible.The hours are a huge disservice to the pharmacy itself - literally turning away business from anyone with a job and to their customers who would dearly love to give them their business. They used to be open until 7 - that was doable, but picking up kids and scripts is impossible by 6pm for most folks that work a regular 8-5.I wish at least 2-3 days a week they’d adjust their schedule.

I recently transferred to this location because the Community Pharmacy on Justin Road closed. What a nightmare! Although my husband and I have made it our policy to shop locally owned businesses whenever possible, in this case we will be making an exception and will switch to either CVS or Walgreens.

I never thought I would find picking up prescriptions a pleasant experience...Previously, I was filling my Rx's at the pharmacy on the "corner of happy & healthy," & it's name rhymes with "Ballqueens." The people there were often grumpy and/or had a habit of ignoring customers while they performed seemingly pointless tasks in a passive aggressive way before they ask you for your full name, d.o.b., high school GPA, Mac or PC, blood type, favorite color, and so on because you have only been picking your prescriptions there every month for the past 14 years, they still do not know who the hell u are.It's not at all like that at Community Pharmacy. Most visits you usually do not have to wait but a few minutes, and the staff actually care. Believe me, just because the mega-pharmacy has a drive thru, it doesn't mean they are expedient or convenient. Try out Community Pharmacy three times. You will find going to pick up Rx's refreshingly pleasant too!

My husband takes medications that he just can't stop taking. He talked with the Lewisville pharmacist last Wednesday about a prescription he had to pick up on Saturday. He said pick it up here Saturday, next month at the FM location. This morning we called to find out the Lewisville location is closed. The extremely, arrogant and rude FM pharmacist told my husband he couldn't be at 2 places at once, call the doctor, on a Saturday, really? He added there is a sign on the door. Who reads those? We did try to reach his doctor. Due to the type of medication it can't be transferred from one location to the other. So due to THEIR MISTAKE, my husband will not have his medication until Monday. Pathetic. Ya they care. I think we will look for a new reliable pharmacy.

The staff at this location is so knowledgeable and helpful! They have helped me address multiple health concerns that I can do at home! I love the new renovations, it feels so inviting when you walk in the door!

Went in today for a COVID shot and it was a hassle-free experience. Didn't even have to make an appointment, simple and to the point briefing. Was done in 20 min. Good staff, friendly people. Overall the place has a homely vibe. Felt quite comfortable actually.

This pharmacy is by far one of the best pharmacy I've ever been to. And I use to be a tech at Walgreens. And this place is very personable. They don't see you as a number. Best thing that has happen to me is when cvs dropped my united health insurance and called this place and they took me right in. Thank you cvs for dropping me.Thank you community pharmacy for taking care of me.
