Doesn't answer their phone and doesn't put you on hold to speak to someone. Also submitted a request for refill last sunday that they said they'd request from my doctor but it seems they never even reached out.Update: turns out their automated system will say its sending a request but doesn't, it's ridiculous how difficult they make it for people just to get what they're prescribed.

They say the grass isn't always greener on the other side, but every so often I come across a situation where it actually is! In this instance CVS turned out to be that greener grass.For years I had been going to the Walgreens up the road and, for the most part, found it to be acceptable if only marginally at times. Eventually though, a deterioration service got to the point where negative experiences were the norm. That's when I finally decided that it was time to take a chance on the other side of the fence.As far as pharmacies go, my needs are minimal. I just want to fill/refill prescriptions easily, pick them up without incident and be on my way. And, that's exactly what I am able to do here. This location also gets bonus points for having a MinuteClinic inside, which makes it a one-stop-shop to get treated for minor illnesses or receive routine care and get the needed prescriptions filled at the same time.

Store is good location from my home. But a chemist is very rude. This is not the first time I experienced for her rude treatment. I experienced several times from her. Always she looks very angry and very rude.

I would like to know where it says in the text messages from you that I needed to bring my vaccination card. Stop trying to make this difficult. Just one of the reasons why we can't get vaccinations done quickly. Stop being part of the problem. Just issue the vaccinations and collect your money!

Went to CVS yesterday evening to pay a bill because it has paid near me and check and see if I had any medication we got treated so rude by a shift manager named Willie that it is ridiculous this man yelled at us and told us we can go to self check out we didn't have nothing to check out only thing we had to do go to a cashier and do pay near me I'm not going to be treated rude and this establishment buy no man Willie needs to have a 3-day notice to be off so he can get his mind together do not treat his customers rude this bastard is crazy

I want to commend the Pharmacy staff members Brandon & Madison for their time and support with my prescription refill. They both took their time to resolve my issue. They both communicated with me with comfort and ease. Not for a moment did I feel I was bothering them during our phone conversation. Thank you Madison & Brandon for giving me excellent service!

I've been using this pharmacy exclusively except for a compound pharmacy I obtain hormones from, for many years. I enjoy seeing the same faces who are not rushed and do not seem over-tired or overwhelmed, overworked like an old pharmacy I had to use a long time ago by an insurance company. The pharmacists are exceptional and friendly, always willing to help go the extra mile for me. They give my dog's treats, which I find out one pharmacy tech pays for out of her own pocket. They are very nice treats not cheap. I really appreciate the consistency, ease or ordering, customer care discount coupons, so many online refil and paying in advance and app options for privacy or what not. They have a texting system which works excellent for me and my communication preferences. When coupons have been avaialable or a particular medication recently may be less, they have mentioned that. I feel grateful that means everyone is going the extra mile for my needs. Which of course, makes me feel taken care of. And when issues have come up such has being out of state when my dad passed or was ill, and prescriptions had to be filled, or certain ordering was not quite approaching, the pharmacist communicate well. They have even offered to call other CVS locations or call me personally ASAP when a med comes in. They have lanes for drop off and other, so wait is not long for drive through, and pricing inside has many discounts. Just little extras and always seeming to have a good attitude and being friendly. Providing receipts, helping as much as possible professionally, personally, and consistently. I appreciate them very much. The coupons are relevant and add up as well based on what you spend at the pharmacy or in the store.

This specific pharmacy is packed full of an AMAZING staff. Every. Single. Employee Is outstanding at customer service! They will learn your name, know your needs, then go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. It's become a place I enjoy going. Jan, one of the pharmacist, is my favorite though. She really takes the time to help you, even when she is slammed. If for some odd reason she doesn't have the answer you're looking for, she WILL get it. And her whole staff as well. The dedication and teamwork is unparalle. Verses places that treat you like a number. I'm telling you, there are a lot of options for pharmacies in our area and, some may have a lower price at times but, the customer service here is so above and beyond, it's worth the couple extra bucks now and then to have competent, reliable and caring people helping you through tough times. And they aren't always more expensive. I'm just saying. For me, if it came down to saving $10 or trusting my pharmacy to really inform me, take pride in their work, and genuinely care about my health and well being..... This team is worth it 10 times over. Don't waste your time anywhere else... Jan and her team, (shout out to Michael), are superior to any pharmacy in town. Some lady was in there today who lost her mind because the team was attempting to get her questions answered and, for some reason, that pissed her off. Maybe she was having a bad day? Maybe her dog died or her husband left her.....that's not my concern. But the way she belittled this team of exemplary workers was enough to make me need blood pressure medicine. She was rude, disrespectful, and had I personally been on the other end of that counter I'd NEVER had been able to be as calm, understanding and informative as they were. She was acting really ugly... Instead, they pulled together as a team and diligently worked to find an answer/help with her ins paperwork. They stayed the course , cool, calm and collected. And 100% sweet, caring and professional. Guess they are better people than me. That is what motivated me to write this review. They did NOT deserve to be treated so badly when all they did was politely work hard to help her and she was just RUDE. Like, no patience - calling names- making accusations that were untrue, and just throwing a grown woman tantrum. Then she asked for different team members first/last names. I took that as she was going to post something on here or, worse. I'm a busy gal, but it means THAT much to me for people to know how great this team is. Thanks Jan and team for everything you do for my family, all my friends and their families, and hopefully new people who will come see how you guys REALLY are superb.

I have come by here on a number of occasions to use this Pharmacy. This is our primary family location for pickup of our medications. My wife and I have never had an issue with this pharmacist or the pharmacy technicians. This location Pharmacy Personnel have been very professional and friendly with us the entire time we've used this location to pick up our medications.
