Love the Pharmacy there, but the non-prescription health items are notoriously out of stock. Today we were looking for nonstick gauze pads - NONE, gauze rolls - also NONE, and small containers of Vaseline - again - NONE. We went to Walgreens at Bruton Orand and they were fully stocked. The Target store, itself is also frequently out of stock on grocery items. To me, this is a sign of negligence on the part of the Store Manger. (Fish rots at the head). If he/she cared more, they would see to it that these problems do not affect their customers as they have for us.

Small problem when I picked up my prescription yesterday, there was some kind of glitch in there system. It was showing that my prescription cough syrup was filled and ready for pick up in their computer. The girl was frustrated and keep going on and on about she didn't fill that one yet. She kept saying it over and over with increasing frustration, making a scene behind the counter. Meanwhile the line was getting long. She knew she was going to have to fill it again and that would put the counts off. And then when she tried to check out my prescriptions their was another issue with it not scanning the QR code so I had to be moved to another register and wait my turn again. She obviously need to take a break and gather her feelings because it was quite embarrassing to me, that she was making such a huge deal over filling my prescription. I obviously didn't cause the problem, but felt like a spectacle. Kind of wish they would have told me to come back in 10 minutes while they figured it out.

This is the absolute worst service I've ever received at a pharmacy. My doctor changed my dosage of a maintenance medicine. After two weeks, I called the pharmacy because I never received a text saying my prescription was ready. The tech said they got it but didn't fill it because I wasn't due for a refill. I explained my dr changed my prescription per new blood work. He said he would get the new script filled. I arrived to pick up script and they had filled the old one instead of the new one. The tech said they would fill the correct one but it would be an hour and half before it would be ready because they were going to lunch. Ugh! I could not wait that long so I returned the following week. Guess what? They never filled the prescription and I had to wait so they could fill it. During my wait, they asked me repeatedly which dosage I needed. I am moving my business to another pharmacy. Can you imagine having a prescription filled for a child or the elderly at this location? Scary!

I have been going to this pharmacy for about 2 years and have never had any issues. I get my vaccines done here and all my prescriptions filled. They are super friendly and very quick. Never a line when I go and are always willing to help if there is a question or a need.

Hello, I am a Nurse Practitioner! After almost 3 years COVID free working with COVID patients in the ICU, I ended up getting COVID. I'm currently trying to recover in order to get back to work and help my community. I had a colleague call in medication for my lungs to the pharmacy. I quickly rushed to pick it up. I got there at 7:55 and he said 5 minutes is too short to fill medication. The short Asian male pharmacist was very inconsiderate and told me he didn't have time to fill my medication. I tried to explain to him that I was having difficulty breathing and he responded with - well we open tomorrow at 9 AM. You can come then to pick up your medication. No sympathy or consideration. As someone that sees patients on a daily basis, I give my 200% and would never tell someone I don't have time for them especially when they're telling me they're short of breath.

I needed a COVID booster, and I didn’t even have to make an appointment. They take walk-ins, whereas the other pharmacies (including other CVS locations) make you do the appointments and fill out information online, first. The staff and pharmacists have always been helpful and courteous and filled my prescriptions promptly. Great place!

Again, a company trying to cut corners and screw over the patient. They pride themselves on convenience when clearly they don't really care about that. I tried to call and of course they don't take appointments and the only way to get in line is online. I added myself to the list at 830 in the morning for the 3pm hour. I just got a call to say there was a 3 hour wait for my spot. Not very convenient in my books. Then after trying to communicate with the very condescending office personnel I just decided to take my buisness elsewhere.
