Was treated very poorly by employees when I asked for help. Manager had to force employees to help, even then they did it with a poor attitude.

I had such a great experience at Dick’s Sporting Goods thanks to Meralis! She helped me with a return and then also checked me out, making the whole process seamless. She was so friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me get the best items. It’s rare to find customer service this good—she made my shopping trip quick and easy. Highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance!

I initially went to the store where
the team informed me that they couldn't price match Nordstrom and advised me to use the online chat so the support team could help me with the match. However, the online team directed me back to the store for assistance. I visited a different location where the team handled the price match seamlessly. It was apparent that the first team either lacked the necessary knowledge or the willingness to help.

Marcus (i think thats how you spell it) helped me out trying to find a punching bag I was looking for. There was a mix up with their system and what they actually had but he resolved everything professionally and quickly. He’s the GOAT. Highly appreciate him!

Came in here the other day to kill some time before my lash appointment around the corner. Walked in and was welcomed by two gentlemen walking by. Everything was arranged into name brand categories and one side was men's and the other was women's. Found an under armor quarter zip on sale that was a good price and really cute, as well as a new yeti tumbler for work. I shopped for a good 30 minutes before checking out. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful shopping experience. I'm sure I'll stop in before my next lash appointment.

I really appreciate the golf selection here. I know they own the Golf Galaxy stores as well but this is closer to my house. The department lead, Scott, is extremely helpful. The biggest thing that impressed me was his patience with the buying process. He actually encouraged me to bring in my existing clubs and determine if they might still be a good fit. I ended up buying a new driver for myself and a full set for my 14 year old son. Thanks Scott.

Came here to get my wife some shoes. The people who work there were knowledgeable about there product, they were very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long for them to return after going in the back room. The only thing I find tough is my sone wears a 15 going on 16. So it’s hard to find shoes and he wants to try them on in the store and not have to do it online. How often do you have larger shoe? At the time we were there, your store lost its internet connections, while we were at the register. The cashiers were pros, they handled the growing line with patience and professionalism. If I could review them on my own I would definitely give them more stars.

11/30 I returned a hoodie that had a hole 11/31 I made an online purchase same hoodie and picked it up at this location, they turned around and put the damaged item back on sale this is shady business.
