****AVOID****
If you are looking to have any major work done to your vehicle avoid this place like the plague. Went in to have them to take care of a bad alternator and to look at some other issues happening. I have an extended warranty for this vehicle with a small deductible to cover all the issues I was looking to fix. After they did a “diagnostic” they recommend replacing air filters, wipers…. Blah blah blah. Then tells me the warranty only covered a portion of the alternator repair. (keep in mind needed other work done too.) They said, “It will be 1,100 out of pocket.” I said, “what about the other work needing to be done?” and they said, “let’s start with the alternator first.” I immediately called the warranty company and told me it was all covered. I am assuming they marked up parts and labor to make more money. I said, ”what about the other issues and they told me that the alternator is causing the suspension issues I am having as well.” Long story short took it to Christian brothers and only have to pay my deductible. For everything not just alternator replacement. Had to pay $217.00 just to get my car back. Place felt like a scam.

Was greeted promptly and politely. I was there for an inspection and it was completed quickly with no pressure to purchase other services other than reviewing some items they found that might need attention. Very pleasant experience.

First time going to Drivers Edge with minor vehicle concern. Was treated like a VIP and promised timely service. They did what they said I will definitely take my vehicles there in the future

I went to Driver’s Edge for an oil change, and they were very efficient and accommodating. They did not pressure me into buying more services even though they did run some diagnostic tests. I highly recommend them!

I love Driver's Edge!!! Ever since I found them do not want to go anywhere else. They took care of a oil change and emissions test for me. Plus there system suggested the cabin filter and air filter to.be replaced, but the front desk educated me that based on the specs she reviewed that it seemed that I only needed the cabin filter and the air filter could wait till my next oil change. I really appreciated that because during the holidays it is always a rough time financially, so I appreciated the knowledge to be able to make a decision and save a little money. I do wish their prices for electrical were cheaper, but that always seems to be difficult at any mechanic. If Driver's Edge was cheaper with electrical I could have had more fixed.

It was my first time getting an oil change, so obviously I wouldn’t know what to expect. They took advantage of this and gave me a full synthetic oil change without asking me and I was charged $90.

I’ll give you guys one since I can’t put 0. The people that work there are terrible at customer service. Not to mention they didn’t bolt my tire in and got in and almost got in a car accident because their mechanic had a “bad elbow”…..please do not give these people your money and don’t trust them with your car. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
