The person working this past Thursday was extremely rude to my elderly mother-in-law. She told my wife she felt rushed, disrespected, and treated as if she was an inconvenience the moment she walked through the door. The employee had a noticeably bad attitude, barely acknowledged her, and then shut and locked the door behind her as soon as she stepped outside — and this was during the middle of the day, not at closing time.
The product itself was great and tasted delicious, but we won’t be returning to this location after how she was treated.

Fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged. It made my mom’s day. Staff was friendly and very helpful with customizing my order.

I would not recommend this store. My son ordered me flowers and edible arrangements for Mother's Day. The person who delivered it at 1:44 put it on the ground. On my ring door bell never received notification, he called my cell but never left message I was out running errands and didn't get it until 10 pm. Food was ruined, flowers wilted. That wasn't bad enough I emailed about it was sent ref#5046674 said would get phone call never did. So I called the store yesterday left message no one returned call. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANYTHING.

Came in at 6PM on a Thursday to grab a sweet treat and they were closed. Sign on door says open until 7, so be sure to call ahead if you plan to walk in.

I have to tell you how much I appreciate the way Hawk went the extra mile helping me to select the perfect arrangement and throwing in extras! He greets you with a warm welcoming smile and he is knowledgeable about the products!
I actually live less than 4 to 6 blocks from the edible arrangements and Grapevine. I have been there twice. They’re not knowledgeable about their products. They don’t greet you with a smile. It was one of the most uncomfortable feelings I’ve ever had and I’ve been there twice. I did not buy from them either time. I can see why their reviews are not strong. I would drive to the flower mound or another location any day.
Thanks again, Hawk you made this experience and enjoyable one!

I strongly suggest you find another arrangements service because this one is not it. I like few others had placed an order almost 2 weeks before Valentines and they failed to deliver my order, did not answer my calls, and the delivery the following week was unacceptable. Looked old, no sorry letter, or even decorations that go with PAID service.
If i can take Legal Action against them i would.

I'm super upset with the 1105 flower mound location in Texas. I ordered my boyfriend his Valentine's Day stuff on January 25th and it was supposed to be delivered on February 14th. I have called and left messages and voicemails and nothing. I ordered it online from California to get delivered to him at work in Texas and it still says pending. It's not like I can just hop in a plane to go find out where my order is. Horrible customer service. I even talked to someone Friday early morning to make sure he was going to get it on Valentine's Day and the man said yes. Since then I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. Super depressing he didn't receive any of his Valentine's Day stuff. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Tried to make it special for the wife for valentine even though she wasn’t feeling well but because of these guys it got screwed up. I didn’t get the full order delivered and been trying to call and no answer or call back. First and last time I will ever deal with edible arrangements.

We stopped by Edible Arrangements for my friend's birthday, and the experience was fantastic! She received her freebie, and the service was truly top-notch. Keith went above and beyond, ensuring everything ran smoothly- especially impressive given the Valentine's rush. Despite the chaos, he had a smile on his face and made sure every customer felt valued. Keith is an asset to this store, and I hope he's recognized for how much he brings to the team!

Call ahead before you go. Both the internet and the posted hours on the door of this location indicated it should be open, but it was not with no explanation. It was not a holiday.

This location 😘😘😘 I love wholeheartedly. I recently ordered a fruit arrangement for my kids daycare. And the staff at the daycare want stop talking about how well arranged and sweet the platter was 😊. Special thanks to edible arrangement at this location Keith, Chris, Marisa, and the guy that has the name like a bird. I WANT TO THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤️ YALL ROCK. Keith made everything so special and smooth for the delivery. Marisa thank you for the safe delivery. And thank you especially to the two guys Chris and the guy with the bird name THANK YOU FOR THE PLATTER IT WAS VERY PRETTY. This location you guys ROCK!!!! I hope your cooperate office sees this and give acknowledgment. I recommend this location 10 out of 10.
