I keep trying to get answers for my package and each and every other person tells me they Do that or do this it's been going on 2 weeks I'm just trying to pick up my cell phone I feel like they're trying to keep it.I will never ever deal with fedex or whatever the h*** this company is called again

If anyone knows what can be done, please do it! Whoever owns box 511 in this place is sending phishing emails. If you know some one in FBI, call them. This place harbors scammers, just stay away from it. Doesn’t make you innocent, just makes you enablers! Shame on you!
