This location feels like going to the post office or the dmv. The female employee I’ve dealt with the last couple times is so rude and unhelpful that I will drive out of my way to either go to another location or use a competitor for shipping. Apparently courtesies like saying hello and thank you are not in her culture and explaining something is beneath her.

Just a basic drop off site inside an Office Depot, so not what I was looking for, but they employees inside were super friendly and kind
