I came in to ask about printing some copies of art work as gifts, and Tim at FedEx was amazing in helping me. He spent a very long time formatting and sizing the files, fixing the color and resolution, helping me choose paper and then test printing them for me to review. It was like a full service consultation for free, and I paid a few bucks for my prints. While helping me, he also managed the line of people who came in for package pick up and drop off. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and very helpful!

I go here pretty regularly to ship things out, usually multiple times per week. Staff is always nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. My packages always leave this store as intended.

I had to ship a package. I had gone to the UPS store down the road. They were less than helpful and wanted to charge me $28 for a box. Just the box! I went into this FedEx Office store and was greeted by Jason. Super helpful and very nice. He packaged up my item to be shipped.. Guess how much the box was...Free. Yes, when you ship it through FedEx, the box was free. I have found a new place to ship all of my things that need shipping. Thank you Jason! What a great Ambassador for FedEx. You just got a customer for life.

One employee who works here tells you ALL the wrong information. Seems as if he has a bad memory or was not trained properly. Once he told me I had to purchase a Fed Ex box or he would not be able to send my item through Fed Ex. Very odd. All you need is the correct label. (Maybe he is pocketing the box money?). Plus he has been very schooled on the apex of rudeness. So, never buy a box from this dude. It is not mandatory to have one to ship at Fed Ex, as long as you have your item boxed and labeled correctly they are happy to send it through their company.
