Gouged me on my service - $120 more than Land Rover would have charged and then took 2 hours with car in the air to change oil and filter. Likely my last visit here !!

I have used this location of Firestone for at least 10 years (maybe longer I'm old). Toby and all the staff go out of their way to take care of my car. They explain everything so that I can understand. The waiting area is always clean and inviting.

Gerald!! I called all over town for tires for my daughter’s car and everyone was out of what we needed. The weather was bad and I didn’t realize she need all 4 replaced until the last minute before driving back to OU from Flower Mound. Gerald was thorough, kind, patient and knowledgeable!! He magically got the tires that day from another Firestone and they installed them immediately. That was next level customer service! Thank you Gerald!!

Dropped my fiance's car off at 12:30pm, and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. It took 5.5 hours for them to even attempt to get the car into the shop. I get a call at 5:30pm and am told that they can't get the car to start and asked me if I had another key to bring. I bring the 2nd key up and start the car myself just fine. Apparently, 3 different mechanics couldn't figure out what an anti-theft wheel lock is (which are in almost every car nowadays) 3 incompetent MECHANICS. Then they told me that the tire patch I requested would be free because I was a cardholder, but when it couldn't be fixed, we invoked the warranty on the tire. Again, I was told that it wouldn't cost me anything. Picking up the car, they failed to inform me that labor would still be charged, which I understand to a certain degree if it's communicated properly. I was told it wouldn't cost me anything. After paying and leaving, they left trash and a mess on the cars floor, which is totally unacceptable.

I wish I could leave a negative score. These people are the worst! I brought my car in with a flat and they called me later saying it was repairable but the tire grooves were low and they recommended replacing both fronts and only offered a $400+ tire and no other options. I said just fix the flat and I'll think about replacing later. They call back and said now there are wires sticking out and it needs replacing now and I said no just fix the flat. they called a little later and said it was ready. When I picked up the car they didn't fix anything and the tire was down to 19 psi. I rushed to Discount Tires and got both tires for half the amount Firestone was trying to get and Discount Tires said they did needed to be replaced but it wasn't crucial.

I was out of town and my 17-year-old son took his car there after having a flat tire. I told him not to agree to any additional work, and that I would look at things when I got home. After several times telling the technician NO, they did an alignment anyway and charged him. I am extremely disappointed as I sent him there after being a customer for years and felt it was a place I could send him without being taken advantage of. Clearly, that is no longer the case. Sadly, I planned to buy the rear tires and do the alignment then, once I was home. I will be going to NTB for the replacement of the remaining 2 rear tires.

I was very impressed with the customer service however my issue is not resolved. They advised the throttle body needed to be replaced and seemed very confident about that, however my car is still "sputtering" or stalling slightly. I will take it back soon.

All of the folks at the Flower Mound store are top notch. Everyone that I spoke with genuinely cared about me and my needs. I have a very high level of confidence in rhe work that they did on my car. A big thumbs up to all of them!!

If you’re looking for quick, honest work on your vehicle repair, this is the location for you! The entire staff is very nice, informative and friendly. They’ll outline all of the potential work that needs to be done to your vehicle and keep you in the loop throughout the entire service. Highly recommend this particular Firestone location to all of our friends and family.
