I worked with Payton and he was awesome to work with. He took the time to explain things to me and fully communicated everything to me along with follow ups via phone. He called me as soon my truck was ready. Because of Payton I will always recommend people to the Flower Mound location. I typically get several bids before buying tires, but because his attentiveness and honesty I am buying 4 new tires from you all later this week. Payton ordered them for me and they should be in later this week. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The crew was really attentive to assist us and address our inquires. They provided really detailed and informed recommendations on the current condition of my vehicle and the maintenance required at a convenient cost. The staff here are extremely friendly, polite and professional. Payton helped me pick the perfect tires for my Toyota Highlander before my trip to Colorado. The ride comfort was exceptional. Firestone's unlimited mileage warranty is very helpful to keep your tires going the extra mile!

I raced in at 6:30p (they close at 7) driving on a spare with a flat tire. They got me right in and had everything taken care of by 7:15. They helped quite a few of the late arrivers that had nails in their tires etc. Very accommodating and so helpful that I did not have to bring my car in the next day. Great service ! I will be back !

Firestone team at FM407 location has been the go-to place for my car for more than 5 years. They are very thorough and provide me frequent updates on the progress. Also they are very proactive and advise on any additional concerns they see on the car and let me know how soon they need to be fixed with the estimate. That helps me a lot to plan my day and my budget. Kudos to Firestone team for their excellent service. Special mention to Calvin for keeping me posted on the progress for the recent repairs.

Hard to find a better group of people. I’ve been here more times than I’d like (thanks, Jaguar) but these guys are friendly, fast, and most importantly, trustworthy. Tires, alignment, oil change, inspection... If you go anywhere else, you’re only hurting yourself.
