“Highly recommend! I worked with Allie to order silk flower arrangements for my Happily Ever After party. She was absolutely amazing. I spoke with her on the phone, told her my vision and she nailed it. Perfection. I could not have been happier with the flowers. No one could even tell they were silk! I had several silk arrangements used for centerpieces and the smaller arrangements were actually real flowers! That was such a nice surprise as I wasn’t expecting real flowers too! She’s got a wide array of other event rental items, not just flowers. The prices were reasonable and fit my budget too. Allie and Audrey were the sweetest ladies and just so pleasant to deal with. If I ever have a need for any floral or event rentals, this is my place.”

“We found BowKay Designs at a local Bridal show. After reaching out to Kristi, we found her easy to arrange appointments with and accessible always by email. Our appointment to discuss my daughter’s floral and decor plans for their wedding was enjoyable and easy. Kristi was able to offer suggestions and guidance while being mindful of our budget. I really liked her tiered system allowing us to select different types of arrangements along the same style. Booking was a simple process, as was the final detail meeting the month prior to the wedding. She worked well with our day of coordinator and arrived on time the Wedding day to put all the arrangements perfectly in place! They also promptly picked up their decor at tear down. “I ordered the low end florist’s choice bouquet and couldn’t be happier. The flowers were for my six year old niece, who broke her foot. They were bright. They were beautiful and the bouquet was much larger than expected. She was over the moon. I also placed the order around 10:30 in the morning, and they arrive to by 3:30 that same afternoon With a completely reasonable delivery charge. Fantastic job.”
“I’ve ordered from here several times since my mother lives in Roanoke and I live in Arizona. My sister lives in the area and can confirm that the flowers I order from here are always beautiful and my mother is very happy with them. I placed a last minute order this week for my mother s 90th birthday and made an error when putting in the name. I found out later that they had had an ice storm and received a notification that deliveries wouldn’t be made that day, so I accepted the fact that they wouldn’t be there that day. I had left messages regarding the error I made when ordering and I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email stating that the error was fixed on their end and the flowers were delivered! I believe they went out of their way to ensure my mother received her flowers on her birthday despite my error and the icy roads. My mother is very happy and my sister confirms that they are beautiful!”

“Folks, let me tell you — the service and overall customer experience were outstanding.
I planned a Valentine’s dinner at our favorite hibachi spot in Flower Mound and had a last-minute idea to get my fiancée some flowers. I called Bloom-A-Round because of how close they were to the restaurant, and they absolutely delivered.
Not only did they make sure I got the best roses, they personally walked the arrangement over to the restaurant so our server could surprise her — talk about going above and beyond.
Now the best part…we’re eight days past dinner and the arrangement still looks amazing.
Thank you for the incredible customer service and for carrying such high-quality flowers. Highly recommend!
