My daughter recently started here, and although it’s been a tough transition for her, I am so glad we moved her! I feel like just the couple weeks she’s been there, she’s already learned so much and when I pick her up, she is happy and making new friends. ?

Do not take your children here, they are now under investigation with the ccms program. Sadly for my grandson, this has hurt his development when kicked out, all over money, and they got paid anyway! Zero stars if possible!

I give Flower Mound Early Care and Education two stars. The only reason this gets two stars is for the amazing children and the bonds you build with them. If you want to bring your children here I would look elsewhere. Management doesn’t care what your kids trulyneed. This is a daycare that only cares about money. I was a teacher for the 2 year olds and I was in a room with a lot of kids who had very different needs. I was one person in a room where I expressed countless times the amount of assistance I needed to be able to give each child the ability to grow and learn in a safe environment. I exhausted every resource and used every tool known to me to maintain a safe environment. I am someone who loves children, and to say I didn’t love each one of my kids is an understatement. They are the only reason I stayed so long. I am one person who couldn’t do it all, and I didn’t leave because of my kids, I left because of management. The problem with childcare facilities and what parents should really look for is drastically different than what’s legal. Legally in a room full of kids 24 months I can have 11 children. BUT what are all of the kid’s needs? Do some need guidance in behavior? Do some need guidance in daily basic needs? If your teacher is overwhelmed and can’t handle the ratio in a way that makes teaching conscious discipline and other basic skills easily, then it affects the children.Parents I have worked in a daycare for most of my early adult life and I have learned a lot of what I am going to look for in a child care facility. This facility teaches conscious discipline and I love that. But ask to speak with your child’s teacher privately. Ask them for honesty. What is their goal for their classroom? What is their ratio, not the legal ratio, their ratio? Things to look for are how the room looks and sounds when you walk in on your tour. If toys are thrown everywhere, and it looks like the kids have never seen the room they’ve been in for months, that’s a red flag. If the teacher looks like they are forcing a smile you know to run the other way.

I am extremely happy with Early Care and Education! More importantly, my children are. We have tried several child care centers in the past couple of years and have definitely found our home. My school age child would cry the night before thinking about going to child care the next day and since we have been at ECE, she is actually excited about going. My toddler is learning so much and her manners have been on an incline since being at ECE. I am so happy with them, we plan on buying a new home within driving distance of one of the ECE facilities so we will not have to pull them. Everyone at our home highly recommends ECE!!

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. It's unclean, unprofessional, and very poorly ran. They didn't care about my kid's nutritional requirements. They don't put the customers first. The owner doesn't know how to run a business properly and it clearly shows. The lady at the front is extremely rude. They have split attention by having products on the wall when you walk in that have nothing to do with the daycare, making it seem like they don't make enough money being solely a daycare. I'll deter everyone I can from going hear. Save yourself time, energy, and money. Find another place to take your kids, if you need a daycare.

We had recently moved to the area and we were looking for a curriculum base daycare. We had enrolled our kids in a Montessori school, and the experience there was horrible. However, after researching the schools in the area we found Flower Mound Early Care & Education. We did the tour and something about the tour sat well with us. There was artwork everywhere in the room, Melanie gave us our undivided attention and the feel for the school was great. We enrolled the kids and started the following week. Our kids could not be happier. They are greeted every morning and they are excited to go to school. They come home with special projects. The school does an amazing job keeping the parents informed and involved. They are definitely creating a good base for our kids to transition smoothly into Elementary school. The teachers are wonderful. We have one in Pre-School and the teachers in that class, I cannot say enough about. They answer all our questions and give us updates on how our daughter is doing in that class. We had our son in Pre-K A and he is now in Pre-K B. The teachers in both of those classes are amazing. Our son had a hard time transitioning into Pre-K and Ms. Kamisha did an amazing job working with him. When he transitioned into Pre-K B it went a lot better.I would highly recommend this school to anyone. The class sizes are large, but the kids are always well entertained and active and involved.

The teachers, owners, and front end staff are just marvelous! Miss Jeanie and Miss Amy are so fantastic! They are so engaged and caring, I don't know what I would do without them! The owners are just so friendly, helpful, and accessible which I have never found before in a daycare. They have a multiple point check in and out system that makes me know that my child is safe when I leave him. My son is 15 months old and he just loves it here! He was at a different daycare before that made him scream and cry just to enter the parking lot. Now, he loves to see his teachers and his friends and he loves to show me what his favorite toys are that day. They do so many crafts and projects, too! There is a lot of sensory development done too and it is all fun! I would recommend them to anybody and everybody.
