Cadence produces a superior customer experience. Their knowledge of bikes & service is outstanding. Immaculate, well-stocked bike shop. Nice people. I live in Austin with its many bike shops, but I prefer to buy bikes & get them serviced at Cadence. Highly recommend for bike purchase & servicing needs.

Dylan was super helpful. I brought my bike in thinking I needed a tuneup and to fix a squeaky seat. Dylan quickly put the bike up and ran through the gears and said it only needed a couple of minor adjustments and then he took the bike for a spin to check out the squeaky seat. He quickly fixed the squeaky seat situation and oiled the chain and I was done and out of there within 30 minutes. all for only $27. Significantly exceeded my expectations.

I brought in my son’s electric scooter which needed a tire replacement, and a few parts which needed to be re-attached. Fantastic service, quick turnaround, friendly and knowledgeable. I will return!
