The staff here is friendly and competent. With a lot of the great clips now, being so mediocre, dislocation stands up above the crowd. They've cut my hair 3 times now, and it's consistently been the same friendly and upscale experience and results.

Horrible experience!First time bringing my son and I believe the owner has the most awful attidude,but I can’t tell the same about the lady who cut my sons hair,it was really uncomfortable to be there.I wouldn’t recommend.

My 1st bad hair cut at Great Clips was this morning. I'm sorry to say but I'll never let that lady near my hair again. I've been A satisfied customer of Great Clips for many years and have recommended friends to go there too. Needless to say but no tip was given. 🥸

The employees were nice but my girl hardly understood English and couldn’t really understand what I was wanting done. I am trying to grow out my face frame so they are more even with the rest of my hair, but instead this girl chopped them in half. She also hardly wet my hair when she was cutting it, which resulted in an uneven cut. Overall, she was nice but I’m very unhappy with how this turned out. I will not be returning, or if I do, I will be making sure I get someone else.

The Great Clips in Flower Mound is my favorite place to get my hair cut. I will say that their prices are very high now. I think $20 for a haircut seems a little excessive. I understand the whole inflation thing but thats a bit much for a 20 min hair cut. Should be no more than $14.99 and $19.99 with shampoo. Other than that.....The people are always nice. The check in process is great.

This great clips location has the best service in the Flower Mound, highland village, Lewisville, and Coppell area. The stylists are polite and professional. Recommended.

It’s my goodbye to this salon forever. Been trying to convince myself that maybe next time it would be good but this time, they totally ruined it. Got the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. And despite of telling what I wanted, my hairstylist still couldn’t get it. I had to literally tell her what to do every little step. I guess they made my decision quite easy this time to say GOODBYE. I guess I’ll take my business some where else, it’s their loss.

Look. I have spent so much money here including tip, because I am nice. They never fade properly, the top looks like they were trying to have some type of artistic flair. I wouldn't minded because they are kids if I paid 8 dollars... because that is what they are worth, but 4 kids cost me 78 with tip for them to look like their mother cut it with a weedwacker. It looks like I punished them with these cuts.

Worst Haircut experience I’ve had in a while. Do not go here if you have curly hair as they do not know how to deal with it and will be extremely rude and unprofessional about it.

Please do not go, even if you go do not go to an Asian lady with glasses, she is very harsh on trimming the sides and she trimmed one side too much and she cannot fix it. I have complained that am not comfortable as she is not professional but other coworkers did not listed to me either. Am not going here again
