Shout out to the meat department!! Love to get their order some snow crab with cajun seasoning and then shop for about 20 min before picking up some steamed crab. Always steam it great and fast. Kroger has great prices on that specialty seafood. Never had any troubles there.

Ginormous grocery store with an equally ginormous selection Looking for local beer & they had tons of Revolver in stock. Grabbed the Bock and a Honey Bee & one which was better. We loved them both And their chips selection was off the charts but what pulled our hearts was the Voodoo Chips! These things are like salt n vinegar / bbq fusion & they'll put a spell on you! Be forewarned & you can thank me later Could have gone crazy here & we did just a little......this is as good as it gets

I went to this store today as, I am looking for new grocery store . I shopped Kroger for years until they shut down the one off of Justin Rd. i was so glad I went, as it opened my eyes up to many others choices I had forgotten about. For one I can not remember the last time i actually had a checker, vs having to hunt one down. I have not been asked 'do you need help to your car' in ages. A feeling of a much more personal service. The prices are not as high as i thought they would be- for what I buy . The store is 4 more miles down the road, but I found it worth the trip. i will be back !

If I could select 0 I would. The woman who works at this pharmacy location is hands down the most condescending, unprofessional human being I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. She has no concept of how to treat others with courtesy and kindness. The other employees at the pharmacy are competent and kind, which is why I've stayed with them. No more after today. I will be switching my prescription to another pharmacy today.

Had a prescription for an infection and pain management called in at 9am. Went at the end of the pharmacy's business hours for pick up. Was told that it wasn't ready because they were backed up and asked if I could wait until tomorrow. I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager in hopes that she could give me an over-the-counter recommendation to get through the evening. Manager didn't allow me to explain that, but instead berated me saying that she knew I was miserable but I just needed to deal with it because she came in on her day off and I needed to appreciate that. This was after she gave a similar speech to the woman next to me, thinking she was the one who asked to speak with her. Careful with your assumptions - it does not end cute for you. I can certainly sympathize with the labor shortage and the hardships that come with that (my industry isn't immune to it either), but to tell someone that's in pain that it doesn't matter because you're working on your day off? I also have a team that needs me tomorrow, and I need medication in order to do that. The insinuation that I should suffer because of your bad business operations is horrendously unprofessional. As a Christmas gift to Ms. Dena Boyd, I'll never step foot in Kroger at 2709 Cross Timbers ever again. I know it won't solve how backed up you guys are, but hopefully my ex-patronage helps.

2nd Best Kroger in this area of north Texas. We all know that Bartonville is better than anywhere. That being said, the one north east of this location sucks. It's horrible. For you, the instacarter... For your grandma names Ferris..... the one down the street is not that bad. Since we are on this Kroger, I will stop talking about the other two. Just know the one East of here sucks. Also Kroger...... why the heck do you not have cutie oranges. You have so many oranges but not the cuties?! What is your problem? No one likes the ones you have. We buy them out of lack of choice. Not because we like your oranges. Your oranges suck Kroger! It's fine. Just get the cuties. Get rid of all your other horrible oranges. Here is 5 stars to help you with your tears after getting scolded about your oranges.

Stood at the pay window for 4 minutes while I watched the cashier scroll through snapchat and start a YouTube video before I walked away. Yes the cashier was sitting right in front of the window, head down phone in hand close enough for me to see his screen and he never once in 4 minutes looked up. I've used kroger gas for awhile and the service at this particular one is like this every time. It's extremely frustrating but for that kind of service I'd rather pay full price than to be completely ignored.

This is a store that allows little girls to sell Girl Scout Cookies (to fundraise) and the Salvation Army Bell Ringers (to fundraise) but won’t allow three teenage African American boys the same opportunity to fundraise for a school trip.

Autumn in the bakery decorated a beautiful cake for my granddaughter's 15th birthday. She had a question so she called me and she took the extra effort to make sure it was just right! Thank you Autumn! Great work and customer service!!

I am beyond mad, I put at least $20 into those coin machines that give you cash for them and half way through it stopped the transaction and said contact a store employee to continue. That's exactly what I did. When I contacted the store employees they said there is no one who can do it. So basically I threw over $20 away.

COVID is an excuse for no baggers at this location. Oh the manager doesn't bag he just walks around and takes breaks outside while the line inside backs up. I've had to bag my stuff the last 4 times here. Please explain.

Always makes me feel at home when I can go to practically any city in North Texas and find myself at a Kroger. Yeah, it's Ohio-based but for all of my life living in Texas, Kroger has been here. That's really saying a lot when Winn-Dixie couldn't make it, and Sack-n-Save disappeared, and lots of other grocery stores didn't survive here. This Kroger gets 4 stars because they had honey and Live Kombucha in stock. That's a win-win!

I e been going to this Kroger about 4 years since I moved her and the staff are always friendly. I almost always get my meats here or Market Street because of the quality they have. My only complaint would be that they fix that alarm that goes off constantly while I'm shopping when people are leaving the store lol.
