Jovita and Sarah were so awesome and so quick with my inspection. It was definitely my fault for waiting until the last minute but they got me in for the last inspection and I’m so grateful. All the staff were so nice and doing their best to get everyone in!Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Do yourself a favor and drive by this place and find another. I have used this location for years for all of the family cars, but no more. On several occasions, with well over two hours left before they close, they have no cars in the shop but they are “restocking” and have no time for any customers. It seems with hours left in the day, customers are not the first priority. What owner of a business, turns down business to do things that can be done at other times? Why display your open hours but you are really not open for business. Once, twice, now three separate times. This place has gone downhill and has hit bottom.

Totally worthless. Totally gone downhill. I have used this location for years for all of the family cars, but I will never go back through those doors. Sunday is restocking day and no time for any work. Why be open? This has now happened to me multiple times, different days. They seem to be high on excuses on why they can not service you and low on actual work done. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They are professional. They always work in the favor of customers. They always try to satisfy their customers need. They also send discount card and also do more discount when requested. I think Kwik Kar is just like a family.

Just to be clear this is the Kwik Kar in Flower Mound between the Shell station and the Dry Clean Super centerNeeded an inspection. Said that it failed due to needing a new gas cap and said the breaks were in bad shape and needed replacing. Gave them the go-ahead to do what needed to be done. Called a week later, and they said the breaks were perfectly fine and that another mechanic looked at them, and they were good to go. They were just waiting for me to bring a gas cap. I delivered the gas cap on Saturday at 11 am. Was informed my car would be inspexted and ready within the hour. Finally, I called at 3 pm to check status. I was informed that the breaks did need replacing and that it was going to be more than they originally quoted a week earlier, when I told them to take care of it. ?♂️?♂️. I'm sure you sense the frustration here.I will note that I took it to another shop and passed the inspection, no problem.Cherry on top. They even kept the gas cap I dropped off. Didn't even replace it.Idk about you guys, but I'm never going back!Please notice the owners response trying to throw shade and deny responsibility. Sounds about right.

BE AWAREI didn’t have issues with them and used their service till now but I recommend not going here if you don’t want your car damaged unexpectedlywe took our car in for state inspection and came back with a windshield cracked all the way. There’s an obvious mark that they dropped something on the windshield and that’s why it cracked . We asked the lady in the front and one of the workers and they just brushed us off saying they don’t know and that the inspector was gone. We have a camera on the car so we are checking to see who did the damage. we have to pay couple hundred to get it completely fixed. If you don’t want more damage done to your car then DO NOT GO HERE.

Had my car for 3 days, but never looked at it. Claimed mechanics keep walking off. They should have given me warning that they would sit on it. I had it towed to another mechanic.

This place is awful. You can’t make an appointment for an inspection but every time I have shown up (open-close) they don’t have time. I’ve had 2 oil changes and they’ve forgotten to fill my washer fluid and reset my service indicator light both times. Not a huge deal but it’s insane how much you pay.. and then they forget even little details. Additionally, that woman working the desk and phones is incredibly rude. I can’t believe she gets away with talking to everyone like that. Even the customer in front of me made comments about her while we were waiting.

Me & my husband, we moved from CA to TX few months ago (due to my only sister has been diagnosed with Blood Cancer-Leukemia), so we got both our car for State Inspection. We didn’t wait for long, and for sure we know everything were good with our cars, and it only took us less than an hour to get it done and have the report. We waited in the waiting room (which is very comfortable by the way). Thank you for all the service we provided. For sure we will use this place for every inspection we would need in the future & I definitely recommend to anyone who needs car inspection (both regular or State) to have it done here. My son’s wallet fell out of his pocket in the parking lot at Kwik Kar while he was dropping his truck off for an oil change. Rob, the nicest employee from Kwik Kar, hand delivered it to him at our house! We can’t thank Rob and the staff enough for their kindness and they will have us as loyal customers for life!

Brought in car for inspection. Waited 45 minutes to be failed and charged 25 dollars. Said I had to go to Ford and update Firmware Gateway. Two Ford dealerships and the State of Texas later, they are running a scam. They cannot charge you if they cannot perform the test. This resulted in a fail.The State of Texas Motor Vehicle Division stated that they may not charge you when their equipment does not work. They are aware of the issue with Ford products and never once asked beforehand.It was confirmed this is fraud. He was aware he could not perform the test. But did so knowing his equipment did not work.After calling Ford of Denton and Lone Star Fors of Lewisville is was informed this is a scam. If they cannot read the diagnostics, they cannot charge you because they failed to perform the inspection. This was confirmed by the Texas Department of Motor vehicles. They cannot fail something they didn’t get a report from.Stay AWAY from this if you own a 2020 or newer Ford. I will be reporting and filing a claim. Just don’t waste your time. They wasted mine
