Honesty!! Yesterday my wife used her Member Car Wash (they do a great job) & in the process of vacuuming, lost a gold bracket. Today I called and inquired about it. Douglas, one of the owners, acknowledged it was there & held it for me to retrieve. What more can you ask? A great car wash with honest helpful people. A Five Star Car Wash in more ways than one.

One of the first customers with two memberships. Very happy, good service and options. Unfortunately, I was not able to obtain online access to my account, excuse after excuse. Learned I was double charged. Issue fixed but couple month later another double charge. Once again blamed on their online provider/technical issues. Sadly, I just closed my memberships, despite they are good and close by but I can trust them anymore.

THE best car wash facility in town. The options they have available to wash your car are top notch and the customer service is amazing. Shout out to Peter for great customer service.

Really good wash deals, however after my wash, went to use the clean towels and they were wet and smelled horrible, like they took the dirty towels and just refolded them into the clean pile.

I came to LandShark to claim my “Free $27 Car Wash” coupon that i received in the mail. I pulled up to the gate to claim it and the QR code was “invalid”. a middle aged latino man then came to help me out and he told me i needed to pay $10 to get the car wash and it would give me the monthly pass. I continued to tell him that I only wanted to get the free single car wash which I was promised. He continued to pressure me into buying the monthly pass as if I needed it to get the wash today. After a long time of him trying to persuade me to pay more, he finally let me through with my free car wash. Bait and switch is unethical and shouldn’t be how you treat your customers. If someone has a coupon you should immediately honor it. I don’t mind being informed of an offer one or two times but being pressured and repeated over 10 times about it is unacceptable.

I have but a simple (basic) monthly subscription for one car. For now. This is undoubtedly the most pleasant carwash I have ever used. The equipment is gentle on the vehicle, the personnel are great and the vacuum area is the perfect shaded and well lit place to dry and finish up. Much of the time I see (I think his name is Ron.) He is always extremely friendly and relatable. I wholeheartedly recommend Landshark. Best semi-diy carwash ever!!
