Went in because my bras have been uncomfortable. I was greeted by Tina who was very nice and professional. She helped me get resized and out the door with new bras. I've been shopping at Lane Bryant since I was younger and I can honestly say that Tina provided me one of the best experiences. Thank you!

Brittany was super helpful and patient with me, and when the register was having issues with the google pay working for online orders they (Brittany) pulled up each item i wanted to order and write down the skus for me to look them up online later even tho i am sure they dont make commission off of those. am very happy with my experience here and will be coming back and sending family here

I must say this a very nice location the downside is the ladies that work in there are never friendly. Every time I visit to pick up an online order they always act as if you're disturbing their day! This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Not impressed by the lack of customer service!

A nice shopping experience. I've gone there with my Wife on many occasions. And by myself shopping for gifts for my wife always had a nice experience at these stores. This one here and flower mound is really great.

The ladies were awesome. Each of them took their time to help all the guests and gave a personalized experience, even though it was busy. They helped me with a fitting, and even assisted with helping find online products I came in searching for. To top it off, they helped me find my birthday coupon so I could get the best deal. Bravo to these ladies!!

I went in to pick up an online order today. The person behind the counter was very indifferent and borderline rude. I am a business owner and if I had an employee that treated customers like this, they would no longer work for me.

Overpriced rags. Staff is incredibly pushy and won’t let you shop alone. One woman actually grabbed my arm to drag me to a rack. I yanked my arm back and left the store. Never again.
