Great, caring staff. Vets listen and gentle with our elder dog. Only place to get alternate care that helps.

Dr. Langston, Dr. Rachel, and the whole team at Main Street Vet are so attentive and caring! We came to MSV after our local vet suddenly closed last year, but are SO happy with the change! They treat my dogs as their own, are patient to explain diagnoses and treatment plans, and have been very supportive in our time as clients there. Happy to have joined this medical family!

They are overpriced, INCOMPETENT, and rude. They have the worst staff and veterinarians I have ever run across in my over 20 years of being a pet owner.

Dr. Rachel was amazing for my senior dog's first vet visit. She was gentle, caring, and really listened and thoughtfully responded to all my questions/concerns.

Dr. Langston @ Main St. Vet. Hosp. took great care of my new husky as well as they care for my two cats. You can’t ask for a better team to care for your fur buddies no matter if it’s their annual physical or an emergency. They all really care about your pets.

Let me start by saying they have a sign stating you will get a discount for leaving a 5 star review, so do with that what you will when considering their Google rating (and then when you bring up that you did it at your second visit, act like they have no clue what you’re talking about). Our first visit for our puppy was over $350 and the second was going to be almost $200, but my husband walked out, went to TCAP, got EXCELLENT service and spent $40 on a check up and all of the shots she needed. This place is a price gouge. When my husband asked for an itemized quote for this second visit, to better understand what he was being charged for, the tech started talking about businesses and paying staff and overhead, never actually explaining what he was being charged for. It’s a fancy little operation, but it’s only fancy because they are charging you out the butt. Flat out admitted it. If you have to jack prices an outrageous amount to be able to afford your business loans and overhead, maybe take out smaller loans and check your P&Ls more effectively. At the end of the day all the fancy equipment, modern waiting room and professionally designed exam rooms aren’t necessities, they’re luxuries; and it shows that the actual goal is not helping animals, but making money. This is the sole reason I would love to find a small town type vet, but places like this are forcing places like that out.Their bed side manner was also just bad. Front desk was very helpful and kind, but the techs and vet need a few customer service courses.Go to TCAP. Support a non profit and get great care.

I love this place. We have been customers for many years, however we never feel like we are "customers", we feel like we are family. We love this practice! We have been through many ups and downs with this group of caring and loving individuals. We never feel anything but love. All of our questions are answered and we never feel like we were rushed. This is very rare today when most clinics are all about "get 'em in, get 'em out, and on to the next!" This place will make you feel like family. Thank you Main Street Veterinary Hospital!!!

Update: I'm still a loyal customer and appreciate the caring staff and doctors! My fur family is always well cared for!Thank you!--Moving here 3 years ago, I knew I'd have to find a solid veterinary hospital. My father has been my veterinarian all my life, so my anxiety was high finding someone I trusted. You guys came up multiple times on the Nextdoor app. My first experience was great. I know we're in the middle of a pandemic and you guys handled it with ease and safety. Your buildings and surroundings are beautiful. Although I did giggle at your not so pet friendly cacti in the back, but still very nicely set up and clean. I look forward to bringing my other pets to you in the future. I feel relieved! THANK YOU!

We have been clients at Main Street for a long time and they have always taken amazing care of our pups. I would give them 10 stars for the care they give animals however after our second visit with our dog Riley I felt like my husband and I were taken advantage of when it came to the bill. My dog Riley has pneumonia, and we were quoted for 1 image for an x ray. After all was said and done they took 4 images and then at the end came back and said “well we ended up taking 4 images but we are only going to charge you for 2” I feel like if they would have come and talked with us about wanting to take more images we absolutely would have agreed if that’s what Riley needed. However we were not given that option and we felt highly taken advantage of financially. Next time I will definitely be more cautious about what we are being quoted. Dr, Rachel is absolutely amazing and I don’t want to take the amazing care that she did for our dog away, we were just disappointed with the communication when it came to the end price of our bill.
