We were shopping for a new mattress, interested in the TEMPUR-Pedic brand. The salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the differences in the different features, structure & feel of the different styles of this particular brand.He also knew about the other brands in the store & what the differences were between them and the TEMPUR-Pedic.I would highly recommend this store for a mattress purchase.

Very low pressure. Sean told my wife to lay on a couple, then explained the difference in the different types (spring, foam, hybrid) and also soft, medium and firm and let her go back and fourth until she made her decision with NO pressure. His patience was amazing with her going back and fourth on her final 2 choices, and after that 10-15 minutes later had everything done and delivery set up.

Was greeted at the door by Jose and was quickly taken in and asked what we were looking for. He showed us some of the options that we were looking at, and we were able to quickly decide what we wanted. In looking at a more expensive one, he asked if the difference was worth the extra money. We went with the cheaper option since the mattress was for the guest room. No pressure. No upselling. Jose was totally engaged the whole visit and had us on our way quickly. It was a great experience.

Jose and Sean both were so helpful as I tried to figure out what mattress would be best. They patiently answered questions and explained a world of mattresses I didn’t even know existed. Can’t wait to get my new mattress!

Sean was great the first time I went in. Jose helped me when I went back to buy a mattress. Sean was not there. Helpful, courteous and fun. Took only a few minutes. Set up delivery and take away for me. Great job guys.

Amy was an amazing resource for us as we were trying to choose our best option. She listened really carefully and showed us the options that fit our requirements without trying to push us one way or the other. I mentioned that my mom needed some help as well, and she found a great solution. I really appreciated the guidance and knowledge but without being pushy. The manager even moved one mattress to another base so that Mom could try out the combination together. Great customer service. Thank you!
